Nothing at all what I thought it would be. A tiny hole in the wall. People had to walk out the door to let other people leave, so there would be room to pass. I asked about basketball cards and he said he had ton to choose from starting at 10cents. When asked about it in the store he says Pokemon cards start at that and then proceeded to hand me a box of cards that went $10 and up per card. We didnt need expensive cards. Just something for our son to enjoy picking out himself. We felt like we were being pushed towards the expensive items even though he knew why we were there. 2 stars because my son did find a toy he liked. Dropped $30 on that then searched it online with it valued at $15. The stars are only been cause my son likes the toy. We always pick and find new places to explore but we wouldnt return to this place. We got the feeling that he wasnt about giving you what you were looking for but rather getting a good high dollar sale in.

Place is a little bit junky but otherwise has thousands of cards and other sports memorabilia items for sale. Owner is very nice and helpful, I’m definitely coming back!

I love these little hole-in-the-wall collectable stores. As a collector of cards, this place is super welcoming. The guy running it is super personable and makes you comfortable the second you walk in. Clearly passionate about what he does, he engages you in meaningful conversation. Youll enjoy, even if you dont buy....but Im sure youll find something you wont want to leave behind.

Owner was knowledge and super helpful. This store is by far a needle in the rough and some great finds as well!

The owner/help were friendly enough, but the store is badly overstocked with merchandise, making even walking around a hazard, especially being disabled, and having to use a Cane... Appears it might be time to move to a larger location.

I cant speak for some of these negative reviews, especially those claim they are rude & disrespectful. What I can tell you is I have been in the shop numerous times going all the way back to when they were located on Trousdale. I dont just walk in & out. Im usually there awhile card or supplies hunting or just talking baseball. I have never one single time observed them being rude in any way to anyone. Not once. Yes, they have a lot of cards and much more. Yes, sometimes they have several customers at once. If nothing else a collector will enjoy just looking at all he has ( which is impossible, given the volume he maintains). I will add to those griping about prices, they will deal with you on some things. High prices? Add what an ebay or FB seller wants+shipping and youll think again. They are in Business. Theyre not going to give it away or buy at a price they cant make a little off of. I love the place.

I went here only once and had a little trouble finding it. The signage could probably be better, but the shop itself is packed with stuff. The prices are very reasonable and the people are friendly. I am not even their target customer, and they still went out of their way to help me find what I was looking for.

Always a good experience at this shop. If you spend sometime digging around you can really find some good cards. He is always willing to make a deal too.

I have always found this place very interesting as far what is jammed into this place. The two guys that work at this establishment have always been helpful and their prices are flexible when you ask for a discount. The little guy that works there has a great knowledge of what is going in tge current sports market. I love this place and will be back many more times to come. Really friendly people. I needed some card sleeves for currency that were in a weird size. I kind of figured they would not have them, but they did. So it worked out well. The store is packed with collectibles and memorabilia, its a pretty cool place.

WOW, what a Great shock & Pleasant surprise when I found this place for my 2 boys !! Hard to find but worth it for sure.This place has EVERYTHING, but for my 7 and 9 yr old guys....The Baseball & Football cards were in the Millions > literally ! The little Italian guy was so friendly to my kids. He took lots of time showing them all the Stars they requested & even gave advice about how to take care of them and what to use. Then after a whole hour of looking, he gave them each a pack for being a first time visitor to the shop.I am a Very Satisfied Lady/Mom and had a comfortable stool to sit in while they looked, but then found old shot glasses and mugs with my Husbands College on them ! If you come in this place, you might find a gift for anyone. Thank You Cards R Fun Be back soon Im sure.

DONT COME HERE! The owner is rude and lazy. I came in to sell some cards. Most of which were some pretty good rookies in the NHL. Gave him a stack of about 50 cards and it took him a solid 5 seconds to go through all of them before he said its a waist of his time. My brother was there with me to also sell cards and he got the same result. Owner is rude and incompetent. DONT SHOP HERE!!!

Johns shop has MILLIONS of cards of all sports @ great prices !!! And tons of stuff too much you cant imagine ... Ill be going back to this shop ... Do your self a favor and check it out 👍

John is a great guy. Ive been going to his shop since I was 6 when Pokemon used to be popular. Im 24 now and still walk in from time to time looking for basketball and baseball cards. I would recommend coming and checking out his collectibles.

Been going to his store for over 20-years to buy baseball cards ... John and his staff are polite and make collecting fun ... like it is supposed to be and they carry a wide selection of cards and collectibles. Would recommend to anyone!

The owner John is awesome. Always has stories to tell and interacts with everyone that comes in. The shop has a lot of unique finds and I always walk out with a handful of new items to add to my sports collection.

I dont know how anyone could give this shop a good review. Its cramped, way over priced and they refuse to look at current prices of cards! Dont come here and waste your time like I did. Just aweful.

Owner is AWFUL. Dont bother in if youre under 35, he will accuse you of wanting to steal from him. Super unhelpful if youre looking for anything other than sports cards. Extremely disrespectful guy. Place looks like a hoarder house.

They have the expertise of two dolts trying to screw in a lightbulb. They couldnt find anything and didnt know what I was talking about. Then when the owner found one card, finally it was brown and faded. When I turned it down he became verbally abusive to the 9th degree to the point I was wanting to bust his lip open. He was pissed because I made him get off his lazy butt and look. What a dump and the men were trailer trash. Zero stars more like it. Look at Facebook and youll read comments about how they became verbally abusive to other customers.

I loved it! he is so friendly,the owner is so friendly had everything I wanted plus much more!He had so much stuff it was packed side to side ceiling to ceiling.it looks like he doe not have many cards of specific people but if you ask him he has ALMOST EVERYONE!he does not just have cards he also has autographs and memrobelia.i got a two cards (a michael vick patch card,and a edmond gates autograph card)(he also gives out free cards. LOVE IT

This guy was stupid! Wanted to give me just $300 for a whole collection! Mickey Mantel Topp cards #200 and #280! Each alone is worth over $4K! Chump...I wasnt letting u screw me!

Not many sports cards shops have stood the test of time in middle Tennessee, but this place has been consistently great in both product and service. John is the man.
