I went to Computer Renaissance to get my data transferred from my old laptop to my new laptop. Left it at 4pm on Wednesday and got a call first thing Thursday morning saying it was ready. And they recycled my old laptop for me. Cant beat that...!

Do not go here. You will be robbed of money. They will tell you how you treated your equipment and how they need to keep your stuff for 24 to see if itll work. You can easily go on letsgo app and sell your computer or parts for a fair price. Not the rip off price they offer you here.

100% would recommend using Computer Renaissance. I messed up a PC I was trying to build and could not figure out the answer to fix it. Dylan quickly found the problem for me and ended up rebuilding my computer for me. In the end I got a professionally built gaming computer at a very affordable price. Dylan also made suggestions for what I can do in the future to improve the computer and was very helpful anytime I had a question. By far the best computer place Ive gone to yet. Ive gone there only just a few times and Ive already decided that with my gaming pc that I have for all of my parts, Im going to go through Dylan. If I have any questions about anything. Im going to ask him as well. I love messing with technology but I would like to know what there is to know about computer tech. I have some knowledge about computer tech like processors, ram/memory, hard drives, and programs. I would love to expand my knowledge even further though

Computer Renaissance has been around for years. They have knowledgeable staff and prices are reliable and reasonable. Ive also found them to be honest in their evaluations - I was talked out of throwing good money after bad by having a tablet screen replaced. Their service was prompt and I had my laptop screen was replaced inside the 5-day quote.

Starting the New Year I decided to switch from console gaming to PC and required a high performing PC to run both games and allow streaming too. After purchasing the latest components and watching a few tutorials from YouTube, I was under the impression that I could do it on my own. The only struggle I had was with the cooling fans. After being turned away by Best Buy, I was pointed towards here. The one man army who works and owns the place, Dylan, is amazing! Very genuine person who is incredibly knowledgeable and easy-going when it comes to his trade. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anybody who needs personal assistance with computers!

Hes a speciality PC builder for anyones needs. Has some spare parts to buy, but his speciality is building PCs to anything you desire. Wish there were more computer shops in Nashville like this.

I came in to repurpose my old pc for web development but had issues resetting to factory settings and spent 2 days trying to get help from Microsoft to no avail. Worst customer service in Nashville. I purchased two brand new computers for my business, and simply needed a few adapters to connect my monitors to the new computers. I called them because they were recommended, but what a mistake. Instead of trying to help me, I got an immediate lecture on why I shouldnt do what I needed to do. I know my way around a computer pretty good, and the guy I spoke to simply jumped to a conclusion without knowing exactly what I was trying to accomplish. Turns out the application I needed the adapters for worked out just fine, without any problems whatsoever. With this kind of attitude and lack of customer service, I wont even think about recommending this company, nor will I ever call them back for anything ... even if theyre the only place in town to get what I need. What a complete waste of my time.

I would like to take a moment and share the experience that i had at computer renaissance on August 18, 2018. First of all, I know nothing about computer, software, internet etc... Dillard was flat out awesome, let me tell you why. The store was very clean and well lite, I was immediately greeted as I entered the store. I tried to explain to Dillard what I needed but Im sure that I confused him. He was very patient with you Thank God. He took the time and energy to slowly walk me through the process of learning exactly what I needed and what I didnt need. I felt very empowered in reference to my purchase and I truly appreciate it. This is my third buying experience at computer renaissance and I will continue to do business there. Thanks soooo much Dillard, also thanks for answering my question when I call.

I had to make a return which is normally a grueling task. The staff was so kind. The gentleman who helped me (I like to call him thin Harrison Ford in lieu of his real name) was very understanding of my need to return the product. There was even an on hand cash shortage, being it was early in the morning. He even went to the lengths to cut me a check on site. I will be returning to this store as soon as the need arises.

Overpriced. You sell used parts retard. Theyre not new. Therepair store had them at a better price down the street and Im not buying either because they are still overpriced and thats not what I asked for anyway.

Just went in to ask about reparing a graphics card and that I was in the market for a laptop. The guy was extremely rude and turned his back to me while I was talking to him. Ill be taking my business elsewhere.
