Our great experience started with Troy the salesman. He was excellent at explaining all the details. He got to point, demonstrated the window, and was not pushy when we stated we’d like to think it over. While the wait on building the windows was long(isn’t everything right now) the timely manner they were installed was smooth and efficient. The installers were considerate, fast and left our space clean after installation. 100% would do business here again.

Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with a company from day one of buying all new windows.1. Was lied to about financing. I filled out the application after I decided to buy the windows. I was told I had until the day the windows were put in to decide if I wanted to finance the remaining 50% due. A week after deciding to buy the windows I get a Window World credit card in the mail approved for MORE then my remaining balance due.2. Windows took weeks to come in. Finally got the call they were in schedule a date for them to come to put them in. I get home on my lunch break of getting them instead and only THREE OUT OF THE FOUR had been replaced!!!! No call, text, email or anything form them that they didn’t have all the windows in. Along with the work being a complete mess!!! Pictures attached. The one window they did not replace was steps away from the front door and was the reason I needed new windows. It was duck taped shut at an angle letting in heat constantly. Called the store to see what happened and they blamed it on shipping and took no blame for it. Talked to who claimed to be the wiener and said he would come out the following day to look at them. Agreed they were a mess and said he would call me in a week to discuss getting a portion of my money back along with when the window will be out in. NEVER got a call back. I called multiple times and left messages. Come to find out he want even the owner and the owner has been out of town for weeks. I was lied to again!!! I still have yet to receive a call back from anyone. And I paid in full in cash before the windows were even out in.Long story short I do not recommend going with them. Absolute mess.

Best purchase for the house so far! I never realized how much sound was coming in until I could not sleep the first few nights from the dead quiet. Installers very quick and extremely knowledgeable. Randy who came to start the process was super nice and helped get us exactly what we needed. Would absolutely use again!

The windows themselves are good, their Customer Service is horrible. I was told no more than 1.5 days for install, it took four due to the lack of communication between the installers and the company. They forgot to put three windows on the truck, and one fell and shattered while they were about to put it in. With all the problems that were going on, the company representative kept telling me they would make it right. What they felt was right was a 200$ discount on nearly 15K of windows. I have no issue with the product, and am not asking for the world. So far it has taken 4 days, and we still have one window left to go, the broken one. If they truly made it right this would be a different post. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Took them about 30 minutes to measure and figure out an estimate. Fast response to my inquiry. Going to take 8 weeks for the install tho. I will update when that’s done.Update: Windows are in and look great. This was a non-standard install so it took a lot of extra work for the crew. Great job!On another issue, the prior install 10 years ago produced a broken frame. I mentioned it at the estimate and he wrote the repair on the contract. When the crew came out for the new install, no replacement. The foreman said another crew would do that job but guess what? Still waiting.

Step 1: Write a negative review.Step 2: File a complaint with the Better Business BureauStep 3: File a complaint with the Bureau of Consumer AffairsThey have underestimated my ability to see something through on principal alone.Step 1: As far as I can tell the windows are of good quality. The installation process and clean up are subpar. The salesman assured me that the removal of the windows with lead based paint would be tidy. They would remove each window, lower it on to plastic, wrap it up, and carry it off that way. That was not at all what happened. They pulled them out and dropped lead paint fragments ALL over my property and DID NOT pick it up. Even after several direct comments to the crew. They had a spray can of foam explode in my driveway and left it. There was broken glass left in my driveway and a large piece of siding trim. I contacted WW directly because obviously this crew wasnt going to get it cleaned up. They refunded the lead based paint removal fee. I personally spent a couple hours picking metal fragments, paint debris, caulk etc... They sent someone out. He himself spent 3 hours picking up debris. He had to come back out another time and spent 5 hours scraping smeared dried glue and caulk off the $8000 worth of brand new windows. This was not a matter of, we dont clean windows. This was dried caulk and glue. Again that guy says, yeah this shouldnt be like this. He was very kind and did a good job. I thought everything was good at this point.Ill start this part with the salesman said, ALL the lead based paint will be covered back up. Last week I discovered that only 1 of the 15 windows that I purchased had the metal trim on the upper most part. When you are standing back looking at the windows you dont see it. I happened to be under one and look up. There is exposed wood with chipping lead paint and large gaps into the roof that needs to be sealed. So no wonder I continue to find lead paint in my mulch. They sent the same guy out to look. He says, that is exposed wood and never should have been done like that. It will have to get covered up. I get an email today from the operations manager telling me to hire a painter and have it covered up that way. This is exposed wood with lead based paint on it. This is completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and I have had enough. They were given plenty opportunities to fix this situation IN WRITING. So no one can say they didnt know anything.There are way too many pictures to post on here.Probably have 50 all together. Here are a few.Now Step 2: :)

The windows are good for the low cost, the installation teams are awful. We have had them out 3 time and each time they are worse. The customer service is poor and they do not clean the work space. Even caused some minor damage to the work area. Disappointing for sure.

Mismeasuring: Getting the windows paid for and scheduled initially was a breeze with Jason Cook. However, when it came time for the windows to be installed that day the installers told me all the custom made windows were the wrong size and that I would have to wait for them to be remade 6-8 weeks lead time, which resulted in back and forth, and ultimately another installer getting the windows installed, except one which was measured incorrectly and we had to wait for it to be made and then installed. This cancelled installation, installation, and remaking took place March-May 2019.Waiting, Black Mold, and Bad Customer Service: In May during the install of the mismeasured window we informed the installer (per their instructions at the original install,) we noticed a portion of wall paneling under the kitchen window begin to bubble and become soft. The installer said he would have someone from the company get in touch with us about getting it fixed. No one ever called, so we reached out to Window World to remedy this issue. With lots of back and forth we eventually got someone to come out, they added caulk, and said someone would be in touch with us, again no one ever did. We called back again and a gentleman by the name of Steve Justice came out to take a look. He added caulk and said that one of the screws was tightened too tight and it was causing the leak (which I found out from my contractor is completely impossible) or that the soffit was leaking (which we never had water leaking before they changed the window out…) When Steve was done adding more caulk to the window, I asked him what the next steps were and he told me that his boss would look at his findings and someone would be in touch. I also asked how I was going to get my wall fixed because all this water damage was likely to cause black mold, he informed me that was above his pay grade and I would have to call and get that answer. Well, again no one followed up with the findings, and again we had to call multiple times to get an answer. And what do you know, Steve Justice was the one that answered the call and he was supposed to let us know what the problem was with our window, and he was supposed to inform us that we needed to give Window World an estimate for repairing the wall – the same guy who said it was above his pay grade… And, did I mention he changed his reason as to why the window was leaking? Apparently, the installers didn’t fill in a screw hole on the outside from the old window, which resulted in the leak to begin with – why couldn’t Steve have said that in the first place I am not sure…Long story short, Steve Justice didn’t respond to any emails following up trying to get my wall fixed, he didn’t return calls, and then because we weren’t getting through with Steve, I asked to speak to Steve’s manager Jamie Price, which I left a message for he too didn’t return my call. All this to say we had to foot the bill to get the wall repaired and thankfully so because guess what the panel was covered in BLACK MOLD! Who would have thought…this entire process took from May 2019-October 2019 to get this wall resolved. We sent in an invoice of the repair and got a surly letter and check in return. Window World is eager to take your money, but not eager to repair damage caused by their bad install, which is truly unfortunate considering the health and safety concerns that black mold can cause for a homeowner. Very disappointed and do not recommend this company.

The installer who did our windows was a gentleman named JC. He was polite, and very hardworking. He came to our home and worked in 30° weather for several hours. Whatever work was done inside, he vacuumed and cleaned up any mess that was created. Very impressed with his work.

The reason this is two stars is because the crew that came was polite, did a good job with the install and cleanup process. Where I have the biggest issue is that I have had to call numerous times to get any answers back from Window World about our install, payment problems, etc.First off, we were told we would have the windows in four weeks after we signed up and paid the down payment. I was told they would let us know when our windows came in. At week six, I called our salesman who said I needed to call the office to find out. I called the office for them to tell me they dont know where our windows are but would let me know when they would get here. Then several days later I called and they said they had a problem with the shipping of the windows and they might be here but they would have to get back with me. Again, things happen so it wasnt the end of the world. A couple days later they called and said they found the windows and scheduled the install.The day of the install the crew got here and did a great job. We had several windows to replace (11) and they couldnt get to all of them. They told us they would be back the next day around 8AM (on a Saturday) to finish the job. At 10:30AM we called WW again to see where they were and at 1:00PM they came and finished the install.I talked to my salesman the day of the install and let him know that we havent received anything from the finance company (I know they are a separate company and not affiliated with WW) like we were supposed to. We also didnt receive a card like we were supposed to. His response was to get back with him in two weeks if we hadnt received anything in the mail. Two days ago I called him again to see if he could tell me what was going on with the finance company (since they have in fact taken out a line of credit almost a month ago) and if he could call them and let me know what we need to do in order to not get a late payment. Its been two days and I have still not heard anything from WW, my sales rep, or the finance company.I understand things happen but the lack of communication is unprofessional. When Ive spent the amount of money I have to buy these windows I expect WW to follow thru with what they have promised to me.

Let me first say that initially we had some bumps in the pre installation process. Our rep came out and measured and set up the process but there were many more issues that were uncovered on day one of the install which prohibited the guys from installing so we were put on hold for a couple weeks. This was quite infuriating since this could have been avoided with good communication and our rep taking pictures to sow the install team some of the possible challenges. So past that when we finally got to the install we had Bruces team hit it hard. It took a couple days and they worked hard, fast and efficiently. The attention to detail was fantastic and they were extremely respectful of mask wearing during these covid times. Cant say enough good things about Bruces professionalism and any issues we had on the front end and the delay were wiped away with the great work on the install. Thanks Bruce!

They were all very professional, and the installers did a wonderful job even taking the time to show me how the windows operate to provide cleaning on the outside. I looked into several window companies to get information and pricing to replace 12 windows in my home. After considering all details, I chose Window World. Yes, even after reading some bad reviews about them, I went into this agreement with patience with scheduling and workmanship. The product stands for itself.I placed my order and signed a contract in January, 2020. Expecting windows to be on order for 4-6 weeks (as mentioned and pretty standard with every window company). I received a text in two weeks informing me the windows were in and they were ready to schedule my job. My new windows were installed in one day and within 3 weeks of my order. The workers did an amazing job of cleaning up inside (on a windy day) and outside of my home. They were very professional and courteous.The only issue with my job, and not a big one, was one window was not measured correctly, due to the location. A new window had to be ordered and it was in within two weeks.I highly recommend Window World for window replacement. Their product is great! Their workmanship was awesome. I love my new windows and just in time for spring to be able to open them up and let the fresh air in.

Had 19 windows replaced on our rental house and the whole experience was very professional. The house looks amazing and we are very pleased with the quality and value of the windows. Jason Cook was our sales person and did a good job answering our questions. We needed the windows replaced in between leases and this was accomplished to our satisfaction.We do need 2 screens replaced as the locks were not functional, but that is a minor problem and the screens can be mailed/shipped to the site. This is the second time I have used WW, once for my full house (great experience with everything). Don Clark was my sales rep both time and Don was great. Pricing increased dramatically for the 2nd time (detached garage windows).I was NOT pleased with the young install crew this time. They tried to get me to pay them $100 to wrap the trim which was included in my contract. Called my rep Don and he handled. The crew said no, we meant around the garage door. I’m not that stupid, they were trying to get cash from me. Also, the crew’s caulking was a little messy and I had to ask them to clean some of it off the siding.

Even if their prices weren’t double what other companies are charging, the lack of professionalism and just complete lack of decorum has completely turned us off to this company. The representative that was sent to us was extremely rude and lacked any class whatsoever. Talking over us, talking down to us, trash talking the other company we mentioned came to our house, trash talking the sweet old man from that company, bringing up other companies so he could trash talk them. The whole visit was extremely uncomfortable and even if we were pleased with the prices, we still wouldn’t want anything to do with a company that allows such horrible people to represent them.

Very happy with the two of three windows I have received thus far, and despite the first batch of windows all being broken upon delivery, it was rushed and the second time only one was broken. Hoping third time is the charm as nearly 4 months has elapsed since I accepted their bid.Have nothing but good things to say about the local staff: the sales team, dispatch and contracted installer. Quality control and/or shipping folks at the window manufacturer could use some improvement. To be fair, I did order fairly large slider windows, so I imagine they can break more readily.

My wife received a call before they showed to informed her that they were in route. My wife was very impressed and that’s a big deal. She is a hard nut to crack and she could not stop talking about the service. Set up an appointment with WW for an estimate. Day of appointment, they were a no call/no show. Called the office and they said they had no record of me in the system and the lady on the phone was super rude about it. Next day I get a call to confirm my 11am appt. I told him it was yesterday and that the office had no record of any appointment for me when I called the previous day. I dont know how they do their scheduling but there is such major miscommunication that I had no confidence in their ability to coordinate a home improvement project. Neither person I spoke with attempted to correct the situation and the second WW guy suggested canceling the appointment altogether. Good idea, man!

From beginning to end, we were very pleased with the service we received from Window World. We had another window company give us an estimate. However, their windows were much more expensive on a lower end window. We felt like we received a more excellent window for a better price from WW. Due to a lot of rain in Nashville in January and February, we had to reschedule installation a couple of times. But, when the installers came they were prompt, thorough, cleaned up, and explained how our new windows worked. We are totally pleased with our experience with WW.

The installer attempted to fit us in before Christmas, however rain delayed the install. They generously fit us in on a Saturday for install within 1-2 weeks of our original install date. The installers made a mistake and used clear caulk interiorly, and Dane was quick to respond to correct the mistake following my call to correct the problem. He was thorough and did a great job.

Nashville Office, Worst customer service I have every seen. They requested moving our install up from Wed to Tue this week and then no one showed up in the 8-10 time frame they said installer would be here. NO one called us, we had to call them, They finally showed up around 3:30, nearing end of daylight and with it starting to rain so they couldnt do the job so they put the windows in our garage. Said hed be back next day, again no show, no call. Thanksgiving no work of course, and not its Friday and no call, even after I called them (which was routed to a call center answering service). As a franchise service provider myself, I cant understand for the life of me how you can treat customers and stay in business. Still waiting for them to call. I will post more reviews as the process moves forward.So Finally get a call on Monday from the Nashville office. The caller said she was unaware that they did not install the windows last Wednesday, REALLY!. She said the installer was on his way. The job was completed finally. The finish product looks great, no complaints. Installers did a great job, cleaned up, were courteous but never offered an apology as to why he didnt show up like he said he would the Wednesday before. The girl that called me Monday morning also never offered up anything other than Im sorry I was unaware. I asked her to have the owner call, she said she would, he never did. They didnt try to make anything right for our inconvenience. Even if they didnt offer us a little more of a discount, I would have thought the owner would have called to hear my complaint and at least act like he/she was interested or concerned. Such is life in 2019 I guess.

The 2 installers from Window World were very nice and professional. They installed the windows in 1 day and came back the next day to finish up. The job was well done. We even had a hole in one of the screens and they rescreened it before they left. They made sure everything was picked up and cleaned. WW does a great job. This is the second time Ive used them and I already know I will use them again in the near future. They are prompt, fair and back their products. Support is top notch and they always respond immediately to anything I have needed.I had WW install more windows today. Dallas and Ray did an amazing job. They were both very polite, courteous, young men. They called to let me know they were on their way and even arrived a few minutes early. They were able to install 5 new windows in 2 hours. They even took the time to look at our previously installed windows and verify everything was good with them. I will definitely be using WW again to finish up the remaining 13 windows in our home.

I purchased 2 storm doors from Window World. First, they said that it would take 6-8 weeks for doors to come in. After about 10 weeks, I called to check on them and they had the doors but no one had called to set up the install. When they came out to install, we realized that the front door had been manufactured incorrectly, so they had to reorder that door. When the re-ordered door came in, they didn’t call to set up the install, instead they just showed up one morning. Luckily I was at home. They installed the door, which was a secure elegance door where you have to raise the handle to engage the locking system. They did show me how to work the door before they left and it appeared to work correctly. However, after they left I realized if you pushed downward hard enough after engaging the locking system, the door would unlock and open without actually unlocking the door. I called them back and they said they would have someone come out at “mid-morning” the next day. So, the next morning I waited and waited... but no one showed up. I had to be at work at 2pm, so I went to work. I received a voice mail at 3:50pm notifying me that they would be there in 30 minutes, around 4:20pm. (Very far from mid-morning!!!) Therefore, the next day, I called and left them a voice mail stating that the install team did not show up when they stated they would, so I needed to re-schedule. No one called me back. A couple days later, I called back and spoke with a person who did not even offer an apology but she did take my information down and said someone would call me back... that has been several days now and I still haven’t heard from anyone. Meanwhile, the first door (back door) they installed is now not closing properly. Apparently, something has come a loose as you now have to lift the 8 foot door to get it to close/latch. I am completely dissatisfied with the quality of work Window world has provided. I guess since they have already received the $2K for the doors, they are no longer concerned with making sure everything is installed correctly. If I could give them a negative rating, I would.

We love our windows. The installer Rocky and his assistant did a wonderful attention to detail job. We could not be more pleased with their work! We had a few issues with the wrong size windows being ordered and a scheduling mishap but all in all we are pleased! Will definitely use them again for the rest of our window needs and would recommend Rocky to anyone for a job well done!

We bought windows -10 in all- 12 years ago. They worked great, but this fall we began noticing condensation in between panes of some windows. We called the company and even though we couldnt find the contract, they sent someone out to look at our issue. Randy came within 2 days of our phone call and assessed the situation and said 9 of the windows had lost their seal and the gas had leaked out and needed to be replaced, possibly related to the way I had been cleaning, but not placing ANY blame on us, the homeowners. He immediately turned in the order and on December 8,2017 he came and replaced the 9 windows at absolutely no charge to us! It was a rainy day and lots of mud, but my home was as clean when he left as when he started! A feat that we cant do! Randy was professional, on time, respectful and informative! We paid NOTHING! I have talked to other homeowners who purchased windows from other companies at a much larger cost, who experienced the same problems with their windows and while the company they purchased from would replace the windows, the homeowners had to pay for the labor, which was very costly! I was very impressed with Window World from beginning to end!! When Randy came to diagnosis the problem in October he was here approximately 15 minutes, have us his diagnosis and told us that he would return to his office, place the order and call and schedule a date for the installation. Never did they attempt to blame us, or recommend some quick fix. This is definitely a 5 star company that stands behind their products and their promise! I highly recommend them. Very professional and honest. On his way out he took it upon himself to replace the original screens with new screens as our cats had caused some damage to some screens! And he removed all the old windows and other associated materials.

Whether or not you decide to read my entire review, please walk away knowing this: if you decide to use Window World for your installation, remember that they use subcontracted labor which they do not have watchful control over. Your installation is always a gamble.I am sorely disappointed with my experience with Window World. Namely, the aftermath following my installation. Fortunately, the installation itself was done well. However, I was out of town all day, and my roommate was home to check in with the workers. They ended up leaving an incredible amount of debris in my back yard, including shattered glass (from where the windows were carelessly tossed into my yard after removing them atop a ladder, my roommate told me), screws, plastic pieces, and metal trim scraps. The customer service manager came out to check in on the job done, found this, and took note of it. He also picked up some of what was there. After he left, I got home and scoured my yard, still ending up with a sizable pile of dangerous debris, pictures of which I will attach to this review. Keep in mind we have a 6-month old puppy who roams our back yard.I conveyed my concern in a call to WW and was told I would get a call back with a solution, which I never did. In fact, I had to be the one to call multiple times to get ahold of someone. I was again promised calls back and compromises, which never came, so by the time I called back over a week later and got disconnected twice while on hold, I was furious. I was told the best they could do was send someone else out to come look at my back yard and pick up debris, which I had made known that I already did. Finally, I emailed the owner of my regional WW, who basically told me that “it happens” and they hope I continue to use them in the future. I then called corporate in NC, who told me that each Window World is individually franchised, and they have no control over what their owners decide to do.I was shocked with the customer service I received from Window World. I truly hate that I am this frustrated and untrusting of this company, as I had planned on having the other windows in my house replaced by them. Now, I’ll be looking elsewhere. All in all, there was no effort made by WW to reassure me or regain my business as a client. I wasn’t expecting a major discount or anything, but any small offer or credit toward my future services would have made me feel heard, rather than the continuous “sorry, there’s nothing we can do” I received so many times over the phone. I am now aware that Window World cares more about their policies than they do their clients.Window World, please don’t bother responding to this review to make it look like I’ve been taken care of unless you actually have something different to say.

Excellent installation experience !! I am extremely pleased with the 3 man crew assigned to install my sliding glass doors and windows. They were on time, they worked until the job was finished to my satisfaction. They cleaned everything up behind them. It began storming very hard and they worked through and in the rain to get it done. Very few companies hire people that do what they say they are going to do and they did that! Loves these giys!

We have had the worst experience with Window World. Save yourself a headache and do not use them! We had a few windows installed back in May. During the installation a window was broken. We then had to call MANY times and were scheduled/rescheduled so many times I have lost count. They ordered the wrong window replacement for the window that they installed and broke themselves. It is 7 months later and the window is still not fixed. They do not communicate when they are showing up, scheduling us, rescheduling us... etc.

I have had jobs done by Window World the last few years. I thought they were ok until the last two orders that last and this year. The customer service went way down hill. Last year, I put in an order, the sales person didnt tell me it was not the energy efficient kind. After the installation, the installer told me I should be able to get some TVA money so I called TVA and went through the process. But it never got anywhere. I called WW multiple times and then the manager told me I was not eligible for TVA because they were not the energy efficient kind. The sales person that took my order was gone and they wouldnt do anything. The communication was very poor. No one called me to explain anything and I had to keep calling to find out whats going on. When I finally talked to the manager, he was very rude and pretty much just hung up on me at the end of the call.Despite my bad experience, I put in an order with them this year again in May for one of my rental properties. Put half down and wait for the installation. Its been rescheduled two or three times now on their end and last I heard it was September. I asked the girl if I could get my money back and just forget the order. She said she would check with her manager and let me know and she would try to squeeze me in before September. Of course, I didnt hear from her. So I called again today and she said she left me a message the install will happen tomorrow. I didnt get any message at all. I hope the install will happen tomorrow as I wont be going back to WW for other rental properties for sure. Never, ever order from WW again.

Salesman, Don, was great and friendly as were the subcontractors.1. Ordered windows first week of November and they weren’t installed until the first weekend in March. That turnaround is way too long(4 months).2. Windows came in shattered and installed anyway and was told someone would be out within the week to replace and as of April 10, no one from Window World has called to notify me of ANY service to be done. I have called twice just to hear from rude women to leave voicemails with a service department that doesn’t return phone calls.Overall, this company does not care that you are spending 20k with them and I would not recommend them to homeowners in the future in regards to turnover time and in house customer service.

Horrific experience. Raz the sales guy had to make two trips out to close the deal. Pitched me something COMPLETELY different than what we discussed. Took months to get an install date. Installation day they explain a couple of the windows were cracked and that theyd need to come back out to finish when the new order comes in. FOR SOME RIDICULOUS REASON they sent them back out a few weeks later to INSTALL THE BROKEN WINDOWS. Wasted my entire day, my house was freezing as it was 30 degrees on this 2nd day of installation. No one explained they were there to install the broken windows. When I confronted them after I saw the tape on the cracks, they said they were told to put them in and that theyd have to come back for a 3rd install date. The trim around the windows were supposed to be the color of the siding on my house. Instead it is stark white! When I asked about this, I was simply told I dont see that in the contract as if I am responsible for the jargon used. I trusted the rep. Total mistake on my part. NOW the he doesnt appreciate that I said he lied and was a total unprofessional jerk on the phone. More worried about pawning the blame off on someone else at his company than helping to solve the problem.UPDATE: I just had the chance to read their response to my review and to talk to an install manager today. The review lacks responsibility, fails to admit fault, and doesnt outline the multiple problems that they encountered within the company that we discussed today. 1st install was 1/5. They sent the install guy out again 1/19 to install the broken windows and the wrong color of trim. Today when I spoke to the guy, he said the new window wasnt even ordered until the 19th. Meaning the first install date when the install guy notified the office of the broken windows, they didnt do anything. Their response also doesnt address the fact there is a laundry list of ridiculousness that the sales rep said and did in this transaction, BUT INSTEAD put the blame on me that the rep REWROTE the contract incorrectly. Because the customer evidently is supposed to know what the jargon looks like AFTER THE REP WENT OVER THE CONTRACT WITH THE CORRECT INFO. I have never experienced anything like this. Please save yourself the hassle and find a more professional and organized company. Mistakes happen, but if you are unwilling to take responsibility and try to fix it get out of the service industry. Also, in their reply after looking into paperwork the sales rep said I was wrong and didnt have any recollection of picking out colors... I found the contract and sent a picture to him showing the color we picked out. THEN he called and tried to backtrack. Own your mistakes. Don;t bother replying unless you can be more honest and less defensive.
