Absolutely outstanding work!!! Solid, one on one attention, with excellent communication, and spot on attention to detail!!! I had new bearing edges cut for these toms, as well as 2 taken from the Floor toms to make them work better for my needs. I have found my go to project company for sure!!! The people here were very helpful. They seem like honest, hard working folk. The service was excellent. I’ve been dealing with a lot recently. I’ve been kinda on the outs with my family and have been staying at my brothers down Murfreesboro. Most nights I just lay in bed staring at my reflection in the mirror on the ceiling. For hours I lay in a fog of doubt, questions and uncertainty. I gaze into the abyss of my own soul and question my very existence. I cry into the void feeling completely alone and numb. I ordered a10 ply keller maple shell with edges and snare beds cut. I replaced my Tama StarClassic B/B 14X5.5 shell with the Keller shell. I wanted the maple sound. I laid out and drilled all holes. It turned so great. The quality and sound of this shell made all the difference I was looking for. Thanks Andy for a great quality product with perfect workmanship! This is my favorite snare drum.

I had a very slight nick on the edge of my beloved 18 Istanbul Agop Om crash cymbal that was threatening to grow into a nasty crack but Andys team worked their magic on it and Im happy to say shes singing again! Turnaround time was two weeks, which is very reasonable for custom work and I felt the price was more than fair-- cymbal whispering is not easy, after all. The shop is SUPER-COOL to geek out in too! Andy has supplied me and finished many custom jobs over the years. Hes always a phone call or email away. Hes finished a drum kit, built two snares and ordered countless hard-to-find parts for me.Building custom drums and finding rare drum parts isnt like going to your Guitar Center and picking out a Pearl Export kit/Gibraltar hardware. It takes time to craft drums, and get the parts in!

I would strongly suggest that you do not buy from this business. After 6 months, multiple emails, multiple phone calls and two complaints to the Better Business Bureau of Nashville which went unanswered by the business, I have not received any goods nor have I been able to obtain a refund on my credit card which was charged immediately following my order. This business will no longer respond to me, so I am out $160. Buyer beware (see BBB website for description of many similar complaints).

I want to do business with Andy, hes got some great stuff for drum guys and gals. Ive had some frustration with package delivery with Drum Supply House. Multiple packages have taken 14 or more days to arrive in New Mexico, from Nashville. Ive spoken with Andy over the phone multiple times, and promises of shipment dates are not met. One particular shipment was finally sent/postmarked after Andy replied in an email confirmed with USPS heading your way! Days after asking him if the shipment was delayed, etc. and receiving no answer. Andys got a great shop, and I appreciate your reaching out and speaking to me about improving service for those of us not in Nashville.

I order a DIY snare drume kit and bag in 2012. The man Andy Foote told me they have some problem may delay the shipping. Then they charged my cards twice for the same order. So I request to refund my money overcharged and never have feed back. It takes me $663.08 and half year to understand this shop only take money and sells nothing.
