These people are unreliable. They give you there word and schedule an appointment to install a generator, but never showed. We waited all day and could not reach anyone by phone, and texted several messages. Installation was scheduled for Friday and as of Wednesday of the following week, we still have not received a call back. If this is the way they run their company, I wouldnt trust them to service it either.
