I love the folks at Bluff City. Ive worked with them for many years. Theyre friendly and knowledgeable about most things. Sure, sometimes one of them may seem gruff in their answers to questions, but who isnt at times? Im glad that in a country where you have to shop from a catalog or online, that there are good people here that can help in person. 🙂

Needed some “needle in a haystack” electronics to get customer running again, this company had the parts necessary. Friendly staff and pricing was good for what we purchased.

The lady was very nice but the older man who was the supposed expert was very difficult to work with. I told him what I was looking to do and asked him if he had something that would do what I needed and he told me he was not an engineer and could not design my system. I would have to provide him with the specific manufacturer and part number in order for him to sell me anything. He was zero help, irritating and ultimately dealing with him wasa huge waste of time.

Very useful knowledge base, many odd parts and cables on hand. Lowest price on cr123 batteries I have ever seen. Very helpful if you have a good idea of what you might need.
