Deante (please forgive me for misspelling his name!) is the best salesman Ive ever had, anywhere. He doesnt use high pressure sales tactics, and talks with you like youre actually a person, not a sale. They didnt have exactly what we were looking for, but he took our information down and called us less than a week later when they did! Wonderful service!

I always like shopping at Electronic Express been shopping there for years no no of those old man that owns a place named Abe hes a great man when I was a kid who used to own or opium any part or we ready to go karts and and play games miss them days just bought a new refrigerator from there yesterday just go there and ask for Keys hes a good man hell give you a good deal

I was amazed at how big the place was and how much of a variety of stuff that was there. I was immediately greeted when entering and asked if I needed any help, and was again greeted and asked if I needed help several times. Great customer service! I will be back soon!

Was told free 3 day shipping going on 2 weeks and still nothing, not even a response! Getting customer service to respond is like getting ahold of Joel Osteen during a Sunday service. Just give me a refund! Ill buy off Amazon with free next day delivery for $50 more. Stay away from these guys their delivery is comparable to wish.com. They offer you a little cheaper price you just have to wait a few years to receive your cheaply made item that only last a month.

Initially I spoke with Deonte and he was great ! Helpful, knowledgeable and a great sales associate.I tried to make sure I made my purchase with him but he had been off that day .However the other 2 associates were just as helpful and attentive to my needs .thank you for having such great sales associates there for me to make my purchase without confusion.

The staff was very busy, but attentive and helpful, when we asked questions. We had to buy a washer and dryer and refrigerator to replace what we lost in the flood. It helped to have gone on line and to have researched the products and our options before going to the store. I am not sure we would have been able to navigate and find what we needed by going to the store and talking with a sales person.We feel we got great bargains and our needs were met.

The staff was beyond rude and had an attitude. when we walked in, we werent greeted. My husband was trying to ask some man a question. The man at first ignored him. The young lady that helped started off pretty nice, but she couldnt figure out the prices for two of the fitbit watches we asked about. When she finally did get the prices of the two watches we asked about, we found the price was exactly the same price as the fitbit store online.

I purchased a window air conditioner and got home and discovered that it was already used and broken. The fan shroud had broke and made a horrible sound when I turned it on. Lucky for them I’m handy and was able to repair it myself. I believe they knew they were selling me a piece of junk.

Visited 1/30/2021 my experience was great. All employees were nice and willing to help. One in certain (who checked us out and showed us products) was awesome! He asked if we want to see anything I was interested in and took his time. He didnt rush us or try to push us into buying. We bought a samsung watch.My receipt is not showing his name or else I would recommend him. 10/10 recommend this employee and store!

The best staff ever!! They helped us find everything we needed and assisted with the various payment types. They were patient and understanding when our bank wasnt cooperating. They were very knowledgeable on everything in store. By far the best in store experience Ive ever had! Definitely recommend!!

Nice little electronic store! Has a little bit of everything. Flat irons, blow dryers, microwaves, air fryers, Electronics, laptops, iPads, watches, mattresses, refrigerators, just name a few. Apparently all of it is slightly dented or maybe was a Overstock but for the most part its good stuff!

We came in to buy a washer and dryer we saw a few days ago. Called to confirm they were still there (since we live 45 min away) gentlemen was very friendly and helpful. Very friendly salesman that helped us when we bought the set. Now fast foward to getting home and hooking up the washer and dryer. No problem with the washer but start the dryer and it sounds like its about to explode! Called and after a few minutes they had us come back and received a brand new dryer! No Hassele about it. Great customer service!

Sold a damaged TV and refused to pick it up or make me whole for my costs to return. Also sold an incompatible sound bar mount. Had an infinitely better experience buying the same TV at a better price at Best Buy.

I went to this location to buy a new laptop the sales lady helped me out very well I was so indecisive and kept on going back and forth between two different brands. I noticed laptop on clearance she went and asked a question for me. I was able to buy the laptop that was on clearance for just about half price the sales people here work with you and truly want your business.

Dishonest and disrespectful.I called today to ask if they had a specific open box TV in stock (because they are an “outlet” location). They assured me that they did. I double checked and told them that we would be driving an hour to get there. Again, they assured me they did.My wife graciously offered to make the drive for me. When she got there they sold her a brand new one (not the open box outlet model I asked for). She then went back and pointed out the error. They then offered to sell her the display model without a box (that a previous employee said didn’t work).The manager wouldn’t acknowledge the wrong, seemed dismissive, and didn’t try to work to make things right for the massive inconvenience.She was so hurt and discouraged when she left. This is not the type of customer service that should be offered to anyone, let alone a woman who went way out of her way.I wouldn’t advise that anyone visit this store.

The deals were really great and they had a wonderful selection from speakers to washing machines, however getting any one working there to help you is nearly impossible! There were to guys who stood and talked while my brother in law tried to wave at them and buy a printer. They never came over so they missed a sale.

I feel like this store was very hyped up when it was coming to the mall, but I was definitely disappointed. While there was a decent selection of TVs, it almost seemed like thats all they sold. They were literally just on the floor all over the store. There was no rhyme or reason of why it was set up that way or where to go to find other products. Advertising in the store was definitely bland and the prices were outrageous. I was definitely let down by my experience in this location, but I know that this store is new and I hope that it will turn things around.

The staff was so helpful! We went to find a new TV and Charlie was amazing. Walked us through all the options, which was best and helped us find the best deal in the store! Well be back for the next TV, thanks to Charlies incredible customer service.

Electronic Express is a great store for appliances. We needed a dishwasher and there were several to choose from. The prices were the best we found in the area. A sales person in the store was very helpful and not “pushy”. He helped us get exactly what we needed. The store is huge and very clean. I think we will be returning there when we need a TV. They had such a selection of of TVs it would be useless to go anywhere else.

Purchased a new Sony Bravia TV from Ted last week, and when my daughter went to put it together, we couldnt find the screws to put the feet on it. We drove back out there and talked to Ted and Charlie, and Ted grabbed us a set of screws from an open box.Once we got back home, my daughter found the ones that came with the TV, so the next day we took a set back and gave them to Charlie, who put them back in the box they came from.Excellent service from both of these gentlemen.

Was a pleasant surprise to see this shop in the mall. Tvs, microwaves, window AC units, radios, speakers. The list is endless. There are top of the line electronics and great bargains to be had.

Quite expensive... Got to make sure things work properly for the items they are selling. Had a bad experience there long time ago in rivergate due to a mp3 player that kept giving out in the early 2000s.

Purchased an open box refrigerator from this outlet on 12/22 and had a really good experience! Johnathan, the floor manager went above and beyond. I needed a stainless steel fridge quickly that fit a certain space and they had one that was just what I needed - at a really good price. Johnathan spent over an hour and a half removing all the sticker residue and switching the handles from left to right for me. Then he and another associate loaded it into my truck right outside the store. It was excellent customer service! Thank you!

The staff was amazing!! I drove all the way from Smithville because I needed to save money. They helped me get a dishwasher (half price of normal) that I could leave with that day instead of having to order it online. Jonathan really knows how to take care of his customers and Josh made sure the payment was no problem. Thank you to them both! This dishwasher works great! Will definitely return for any future appliances!!

I had one of the most horrible experiences ever there. I have bought nearly my whole household from there.I bought a fridge for cash and then since it wasnt financed they would not deliver it. So one of the store associates said that he would deliver it for 100 dollars.Well the fridge didnt work! So when I called the store to tell them it dod not work, they told me to bring it back in and get my money. I had to pay the electronic express employee another 100 dollars to pick it up or else they could not refund my money.So needless to say I didnt get any money back from the delivery driver. So I paid 200 dollars to have a horrible time.

Bought an open box Samsung washer from the Outlet Store at Opry Mills. Staff was very nice helping me find the model I wanted. No pressure tactics, allowed to look around and shop. Best part, my open box buy, didnt seem to have any scratches, dents or damage whatsoever. Just a $300.00 savings over retail.

This location has not been open long. It is Electronic Express outlet store for damaged appliances (they have other items). Bought a freezer with a little dent. Storing in the basement, anyway. Freezer works great. Sanjay was my sales rep. He was awesome, definitely will go back to him.

Fantastic. Our salesman was Charlie and he was freaking awesome. Trying to get appliances recently has been miserable with wait times and this place had things we couldnt find anywhere else.

If you have lots of time,patience, and energy shop there for the savings. I bought a dishwasher on Febrary 22. Iwas lied to by Jonathan annd Charles. It has been 20 days since my purchase and I have an installed dishwasher that is missing parts and not working Still waiting on a manufactors rep. I would advise anyone to go to a reputive dealer. I cannot begin to explain what a bad experience this has been.

What is not to like about electronics and good pricing.

I bought a pair of Google Pixel 2 buds from the store location on the Opry Mills Mall in Nashville. They only had one black pair and the box had been opened. The sales guy told me the box had only been opened to either be used as a display or to show another customer how they worked. I asked him were they refurbs or used and he said no. I got them charged and when I paired them with my phone, the buds had already been named from someone elses phone; they were used. Only 3 stars because the manager at that mall location did apologize for the sales guy and found another location 20 minutes away that had some in stock, brand new in a sealed box.

Most of the employees either werent wearing a mask at all or wore them pulled down over their chin. I also got the insurance sales pitch for my laptop several times even though I said I was not interested in buying it.

So many boots so many sizes! Average boot 299.00 but you get 3 boots for the price of one

This store has been open for 4 days at this point. I purchased a tv for the electronic express outlet store at the Opry mills location and I live in Clarksville so it’s about 45 min away. The tv not only didn’t come with hardware to attach the tv to a stand but also would not turn on at all. When calling the store I was told they could change TVs but I’d have to pay the difference in price which I get but I would not recommend buying from here.
