Had a rock hit my windshield on the interstate causing a crack. I called them and Marcellus came out that afternoon to my office to look at. He didnt think I would be happy with a repair since the crack was in my line of vision and didnt want me to pay for a service I wouldnt be happy with. I contacted my insurance and was able to file a claim with them to replace entire windshield. I lucked up and got Marcellus again. He called to tell me he was on his way. He was courteous and professional and got it done quickly. Will definitely call them again if I need a repair or replacement.

We were so pleased with the custom shower door made for our master bathroom last year, we had Glass Doctor of Nashville make the new shower door for our remodeled guest bathroom. These people are great! Everyone I’ve talked to has been super helpful and nice. They’ve came out to me twice in the past few week (windshield has a defect and is absolutely not their fault) and both times Mike has come out and been fantastic. I contacted Glass Doctor about a heavy limb that fell through a window. Within a couple of days someone came out and measured the window. The glass had to be ordered and took about two weeks to come in. Austin and Eric delivered and installed the glass expertly and swiftly. They were friendly and professional and did an excellent job.

I needed my windshield repaired after a stone chipped it. I called Glass Doctor and they were cheaper, easier to work with, and more available than Safelite. My technician was James Long, and he was great to work with! I’d recommend him to anybody! He communicated well and did an amazing job!!

The glass doctor was great to work with. The owner Bill was very professional and efficient. The guys that installed the glass for my new shower were Reagan and Corey. They were very nice guys and actually showed up early. I’ve been used to people showing up hours late or not at all so that was a nice surprise. I highly recommend the glass doctor.

Ill start by saying the glass is well-made and high quality. We finally had it installed and it fits great and looks really nice. The delivery guys were very friendly.But it was an awful experience to get it.The first technician that came out had no idea how to measure the table, so we had to reschedule. The second technician came out a few days later to measure and I was told it would take 2 weeks to get the glass. After 2 weeks, I called every week for an update. Id always leave a voicemail and rarely received a call back. 7 weeks later, the glass arrived... and was the wrong size. They scratched the table (multiple 12inch scratches across the top) trying to make it fit when it obviously was not the right size or shape. So they sent another guy out to measure. This time he got it right, but it took another 5-6 weeks to get the glass. In total, it was 5 visits to the house (had to take off work each time to be there), hours spent trying to follow up, the 2 week process took months, and our table was scratched. Yes, we ended up with a nice glass table top, but I cannot recommend the company due to the terrible customer service and inability to measure it right, cut it right, and get it right the first (or second or third) time.

I got a chip in my windshield while riding under an overpass on I40 and when that little rock hit the windshield and I saw the crack and dent, I died a little inside fearing huge repair bill. I Googled and called around and, thankfully, Glass Doctor company was gracious enough to accommodate me on my schedule. I requested they come to my location. I was informed upfront what the charge would be and what they can do in my case. Super gracious people at the office, Vicky and one other person( I dont remember the representatives name ). My tech was James Long. He was kind to call me to let me know he was on the way and he arrived when he said he would. The repair didnt take long and he explained what he was doing. Definitely recommend James and Glass Doctor.

Shawn and Austin were great! They were exceedingly professional and very knowledgeable and capable. My bathroom renovation included a new shower enclosure. The pieces of glass were very large. They installed the glass with great care and precision. They were very aware of my personal belongings and did not bump anything. I would gladly use them again.

Replacing just the glass saved me over $3,000 vs. having to replace the entire window set. They were professional, courteous, and the replacement glass looks fantastic. Great job by Marcellus. He was on time and had the old windshield out and new one in in less than an hour. A couple of black glue spots left on my paint job, but nothing a little alcohol couldnt remove. All in all a good quality install.

We had a broken seal on a double-pane window. Glass Doctor was well reviewed and I found them to be very responsive and professional. The replacement double-pane looks to be of good quality. My only gripe is that they could have cleaned the exterior of the window before finishing the job as there is a forearm print on the glass. I will need to use a ladder to clean it myself due to the location of the window. Overall a good job and would recommend, but pay attention to the details. Thanks

They were great! Corey came out and was so nice. I have plantation shutters so he had to replace my double pane top window from the outside. I was concerned due to the fact the inside and outside had inserts to appear as 4 separate panes. He had no problem removing them from the old glass and replacing them on the new pane. He was so efficient and pleasant as he worked and had it all finished perfectly in a short time. I would call them again for any glass needs.

Absolutely fantastic to work with across the board. Scheduling was incredibly easy and the installation even easier. Originally had the wrong windshield, as apparently my truck is one of the only ones with the active break assist and lane departure warning but no rain sensors. The original windshield had the rain sensor on it that I didnt need. It would have worked just fine, but Mike and Vicky were able to get me the exact one I needed and have it replaced first thing Monday morning. Mike came out and worked his magic and now I have a brand new windshield! Terrific work, incredibly professional. Cannot recommend highly enough!

I had 5 windows that were in need of repair some were cracked when other were fogged out. I originally was only going to fix the cracked one, but their prices were so good we decided to do all 5! We had Corey as our glass technician and he was fantastic! Literally walked in with tools in hand and went right to work. I couldn’t believe how fast they got the job done. There was no mess and I couldn’t the happy with the windows.

Mike was excellent and timely.I requested the wrong windshield from the beginning so when Mike showed up he immediately realized that the windshield wouldnt fit. He was patient and understanding. We had storm damage from a recent tornado and getting estimates and repairs has been difficult and lengthy, until we called your company. An appointment for an estimate was promptly made. Tobey came out and measured and finished in a short span of time and informed me of what would happen next. I didn’t not have a great experience. Marcellus was a nice guy and on time but the work was rushed and messy. There was black adhesive spots left all over my paint. The dashboard on the inside my truck was badly scratched. Then I was driving down the highway and had to pull over because my hood was not fully closed.

The newly replaced windows look great, BUT there are shards of glass EVERYWHERE! There seems to have been a full piece of glass dropped on my driveway, but no one told me about it or the other areas where pieces dropped so I didnt realize until I walked outside to my car/went into my backyard/tried to use my side entrance. I am having to borrow a shopvac in order to appropriately clean up and make my driveway backyard, and side entrance not hazardous.

I’ve heard their commercials for years and never had a need for the service. We called and they were backed up for replacement appointments and we agreed to wait at the reasonable price offered. I called Glass Doctor to replace my windshield after a small chip spread into several large cracks following the recent ice storm. I couldnt be more pleased with the service. I spoke with Vicki to get the appointment scheduled - she was wonderful and very easy to work with. I called early the morning of my appointment and left a message with a new number to be contacted at prior to the the installers arrival. I was concerned this change was too last minute, but the message made it to Michael (the installer) with no issue. Vicki was also in touch to let me know things were running behind. However, Michael still arrived on schedule. He, too, was friendly and wonderful to work with. He walked me through the steps of the process so that I would know what to expect as I observed (I chose to stick around and get some fresh air!). He said the installation would take no longer than 30 minutes and, while I didnt time it, I am fairly certain everything was finished well before then! :)Very happy with the service I received and I will most certainly be calling Glass Doctor again in the future!
