This WAS my go to place... always appreciated the quality of the product and the great and knowledgeable staff. This place has gone downhill since is changed from Mid10Nutrition and that’s unfortunate. No communication that this location is now totally GONE! But I get tons of other communication from them. It’s a shame really. Tried buying my products online too- that was a fail, as they were listed as only available in-store—which is now permanently closed.The website has also gotten pretty sketchy. When clicking on one brand of products you’ll be directed to other products unknowingly.Called multiple times with no answer. Save yourself some frustration and find what you need on another site like bodybuilding.com

Cant go wrong with Mid10! All the staff are very knowledgeable and will not hesitate to help you find a product or make suggestions. Prices cant be beat there since they price match. They will help you reach your fitness goals from the nutritional standpoint and (in my experience) will check in with your progress each time you go into the store. Mid 10 has been an invaluable asset in my weight loss regimen. The supplements are of excellent quality and they work. I use Amino-Core BCAA, Maximum Complex Protein, and Lean Core. My friend told me about Mid 10 Nutrition after a bad experience somewhere else. This place has the best prices in Nashville for workout supplements or vitamins if youre looking to lose weight or increase muscle mass. When you get there, ask for Dan or Kurt. These guys really cared about my fitness, exercise, health, and overall nutrition goals to help get my body in shape. I told them a few of my goals and got a free in-store consultation. Theyve suggested a couple products and really helped me get the most out of my workout. I can definitely tell my athletic performance has improved, and I will be coming back in the future

Their staff and products are top of the line, and their staff took the time to listen to my goals, my supplement history, nutrition, my likes/ dislikes and then provided their suggestions. They gave me samples they thought I would like, and a few days later I was back. Couldnt be happier with the results. Awesome store, great staff, great products. First powerlifting meet in a month and couldnt have done it without them!

I currently work at Cat Financial so this store is within walking distance of my building. I have gone multiple times and have never had a bad experience. The employees at the store are great at building your trust and you appreciate their knowledge of the industry. They make sure to help you find the products that will best benefit your body type as well as keep you safe and free from anything dangerous to your health. I have encouraged many co-workers to check out the store and all have come back to me with a positive review. Also, I have not heard of one person who is not a big fan of their prices!They do a great job beating internet prices but honestly the reason you go to this store is the customer service. you cant get what they provide online and that is a major factor in my book for why I go back to Mid 10 every month.

This is a great local place if you need guidance on health and supplementation. From a great knowledgable staff to high quality supplements you cant go wrong going here! After visiting Mid 10 Nutrition in Nashville, I knew I had to continue to use their services even if I couldnt visit the store. I was just driving through on my way home in Missouri (which doesnt offer a lot of variety when it comes to nutrition) and I was interested in a lower carb protein and they introduced me to Level-1 protein and they even sent me home with a few other kinds of proteins to try out for free. They said they were the lowest prices, even lower than prices you could find on the internet, and I obviously had to research that and see if it was true, which it did turn out to be.Whenever I run out of stuff I always call into the store and the customer service is nothing less than exceptional. I had hit a plateau in my lifting and so they gave me some suggestions and I ultimately went with the Amino Core BCAAs. They even send it to me with free shipping!I also like that I can talk to the staff about my work out plan! I will continue to do business with Mid 10.
