I absolutely loved working with Dr. Hannah! This past year I needed to get hearing aids for my mother and my husband. My mom had previously been tested and had ordered some from another place. We had decided to hold off for insurance reasons and I’m so glad we did. We went in to ascent and the product and pricing was so much better and more affordable. I felt like we were actually getting a product worth the investment. Fast forward a few months later and my husband decided to get a hearing aid. We went somewhere else and felt a very salesman, sketchy vibe. So we went back to Ascent and got a much better product for a much more reasonable price. I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone when the subject comes up. We never felt pressured and always felt like what was presented to us wasn’t about their benefit but the clients.

This assures you will receive the best programming for your hearing aids. Im extremely happy with the service provided and their location since I live north of Nashville. My new rechargeable Starkey hearing aids connect to my iPhone; I can receive calls, stream music and podcasts, get message alerts, and make my own custom programs for places I visit often. I wish I had done this years ago!

I could not be more pleased with my experience with Ascent Audiology when I was getting my first hearing aids. Dr. Randi Yontz took all the time necessary to patiently test my hearing and to be certain that my hearing aids were working properly. She explained how I should set up my device for hearing the TV more clearly and even programmed my iPhone to receive calls. Being able to hear TV and telephone conversations has been worth the cost of the hearing aids. My follow-up visits have been pleasant and helpful. Dr. Randi is a life saver! My mom needed hearing aids, and another provider quoted her at $7000--for two hearing aids! She couldnt afford that (who can), so I did some online research, found Fit Hearing, and they referred me to Dr. Randi. My mom was able to get the same hearing aids for $2000! Theyre also invisible, which is nice, and they connect to her phone (although knowing my mom, I doubt shell use that feature). My mom is thrilled, and Im so glad I looked elsewhere and found Dr. Randi. Shes truly a life saver.

Dr. Randi is very sweet and thorough in her assessments for hearing aids. You can try them for a month and if you decide youre really not quite ready for them you just tell her and you dont have to get them. She wants you to be sure youre ready. I got mine about 2 years ago and they are great especially when in places that are noisy. I have recommended Ascent Audiology to all my friends who have hearing problems. Most of them think they dont need hearing aids so I try to sit away from them so I dont have to relay to them what a speaker has said. If you cant hear well, do have your ears checkedHearing aids are worn by more people than you realize because they dont show.

The environment at Ascent Audiology is so warm and welcoming, its unlike most doctors offices. The staff are great at scheduling so you hardly have to wait, but if you find yourself in the lobby for a few minutes, there is classic jazz that anyone would enjoy. Dr. Davis is lovely and kind, and easily connects with patients. Her office has state-of-the-art equipment, an inviting staff, and a beautiful layout with natural lighting to make your visit pleasant while you get the results you need! The office is located in Rivergate, which is convenient to anyone north of I-40, and I think its also worth the drive from anywhere in Middle TN to have a doctor you will immediately like and trust.

After 8 years of hang over the ear hearing aids that I thought were alright, they quit working. A little suspicious of the over the ear style being the best for me I sought another audiologist for a different opinion. After surfing, checking reviews and calling several audiologists and talking with them I settled on Ascent Audiology and Doctor Randi Yontz and her coordinating assistant Ms. Brenda Rushing. From the beginning I was impressed with the knowledge and advise I was given concerning the suggested style of hearing aid and why it was thought to be the best for me based on the reasons for my hearing loss. I was further told that I would have a 45 day, no cost trial period to find out for myself which style I preferred. Almost right away I realized the best style for me was the style Dr. Yontz suggested. They are way and above better hearing aids as far as being natural sounding, clear, distinct and comfortable compared to others I have tried and used. After previous experience with various hearing specialists I highly recommend Ascent Audiology.

I drove an extra 1.5 hours because prices were significantly cheaper than my previous audiologist in Clarksville, TN. I can’t not say enough great things about Dr. Yontz and the rest of the staff at Ascent audiology. Right from the start as you enter the door, they make you feel like they are family members you haven’t seen in some time. They are quick to get caught up with you and how your family is doing. I was sent to Ascent through the VA, this is not a new thing for me. But what was, what the staff knowledge about the VA and how it works blew me away. They wanted to know what problems I have faced in the past along with the trauma that caused me to wear hearing aids. After receiving my new hearing aid (in just about a week, which was very fast), Dr. Yontz had me wear them for about a few weeks to see if there would be anything that can changed. I had mention to Miss Rushing (the patient Care Coordinator) that when my toddler spoke or laughed it sounded like she was doing so in a tin can. When I made my flow up apt she addressed that right away. Finally every time I have had an apt they never let me leave the office without making sure all of my question and or fears have been address, I wish all doctors office where as caring as this staff.

This place had high tech equipment to conduct tests. I was impressed.

I believe Dr. Davis sent me her advertisement in answer to prayers.The week before I had been on a trip with our Church youth and it got so tiresome having to ask them to repeat everything they said.I told the other leader that I had to find someone to check my hearing since it had gotten so bad. Two days later her letter came in the mail written in such a way that I really wanted to meet this Doctor.My work as a Medical Insurance Agent brings me into contact with Doctors every day so Im not bragging to say that I can spot the real deal. She listens when you voice concerns and then works up a plan to meet your needs. I feel very blessed to have her as my new Doctor. The youth now probably wish I could not hear so good.
