Dr. Jina and staff are amazing! I could not be more pleased with the fitting and outcome. Very thorough with their initial examination but I am convinced they take a little extra time to get it right. I would give 10 stars if I could, go see them.

I contacted Doctor Jinas office while inquiring on ear molds for some in-ear monitors I was going to get for my husbands birthday. Her office was prompt in responses and extremely helpful leading up to the appointment.Our visit was nothing short but amazing! Doctor Jina was absolutely incredible and made the experience so fun. She was thorough in explaining the process and even decided to re-do one of the molds to see if she could get an even better shape. You can tell she loves what she does and it shows in her amazing work.If youre shopping around for an Audiologist look no further. Youve found the best of the best.

Recently my dog chewed up one of my hearing aids- yes, for real. Fairly new to the area, I didnt have a local audiologist, so I did a little online research and chose Audiology Associates. The office atmosphere was friendly and comfortable. Dr. Jina Scheer is very personable, taking time to get acquainted before giving me the most comprehensive hearing exam Ive ever had. One week later when my new aids came in- even though they were already tuned to my hearing loss- she spent a good amount of time testing, tweaking and fine tuning both aids until they were perfect. My advise- if youre in a rush, go elsewhere, but if you want hearing aids suited to your lifestyle and tweaked to perfection, Dr. Jina is a professional at the top of the scale.

The absolute BEST customer service!! These are the friendliest people and they seem to genuinely care about their patients. Hearing aid quality is excellent as well.

I’ve been a patient for about 10 years. Dr. Jina is awesome at what she does! Jennifer is also knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to work with. She has gone out of her way to help me on more than one occasion. They really take the time required to program my aids correctly and I never feel rushed. Highly recommend!

Dr. Sherer is an amazing professional. She spent an extended amount of time to explain my hearing loss and to introduce me to the specific hearing aids that she thought would be best for me. AND THEY ARE! This is my second set of hearing aids. I got my first ones in 2015, and there have been amazing improvements during that time. I can actually hear just like I did before my hearing started to decline. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr Scherer and her staff are top notch! Their energy and passion for hearing is evident upon your first visit. My hearing exam was thorough and Dr. Scherer takes the time to explain the process and results. She helped me create inner ear molds for inner ear headphones, and earplugs for my drumming hobbies - making the process quick and easy. So professional and friendly, Gina cares and is so friendly. I got my hearing aids and I can hear everything again. Id had my hearing aids for three years and never quite been satisfied with them. After relocating to Nashville a year ago, I felt that my situation was worsening and, after some initial frustration elsewhere, I fortunately found my way to Tracy, Jina, and Jennifer. Wow, these people are wonderful! They are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and caring. They embrace the fact that every patients situation is unique and are totally committed to doing whatever it takes to conquer a hearing loss and provide a better quality of life. To folks who are struggling with a hearing issue, I strongly suggest that you save yourself some time, effort, and money, and come here first!

This is my regular hearing aid doctor. Ive been going there a little over 3 years. This is only place that was able to put me in a hearing aid that I could hear with. I have hardly any hearing left. They are super people. Very nice and pleasant and Dr. OLEARY is great. She listens to what you say us going on with my hearing aid and cleans it and works with the apps that goes with the aid. I tell everyone that I talk with who is looking for a hearing aid about this company.

We love, love, love Dr. Samantha OLeary. She goes above and beyond what we expected. She is very patient and listens to every concern and works with the patient to be sure to get the hearing aids adjusted to the best possible outcome for the individual patient. She has been very patient with my husband who has a pretty significant hearing loss. Dr. Samantha and his hearing aids have completely changed his quality of life (and mine). If you experience difficulty with the hearing aids she works with the manufacturer to get the issue resolved, usually with no cost to the patient. Because my husband is so dependent on his hearing aids, if he has to send his hearing aids back to the manufacturer for repair, she always fits him with a loaner pair. We have highly recommended Dr. Samantha to others who have not taken our advice and they have been sorry they did not. We cannot say enough good things about Dr. Samantha. If you need hearing aids, please dont wait. Hearing aids can truly change your quality of life. But, please, please, please, see Dr. Samantha.

I take my mother to Audiology Associates for her hearing aids. All of the associates there are friendly, professional and personable. They take the time to understand any problems and present all of the options to remedy those problems. My mother loves the staff there and sincerely enjoys her visits. Struggled to hear anything with my old aids so went to Dr. Samantha and got fitted and then tried demos for more than a week. It was night and day compared to old hearing aids. I now participate with conversations wherever I go. Restaurants, home, ... anywhere. I am very pleased. These are also comfortable to wear, I forget that I am wearing them and I forget that I am deaf. Downside is that I now have to listen to the wife!

A friendly and professional office! Dr. Jina and Dr. Samantha were able to address my reluctance and concerns about wearing a hearing aid. I rated them 5 stars because theres no 10 star option! Ive been going to Audiology Associates/Hearing Aids Today for about 25 years. 10 years ago I moved to Raleigh, NC and looked for an audiologist there but I couldnt find one that was very helpful. Honestly, they all seemed to say the same thing - oh you need an $8,000 set of hearing aids. But I really didnt. Because of this I would fly all the way to Nashville when I needed to see my audiologist. Another 6 years went by before Dr. Jina said it might be time for me to upgrade. They seem to know their craft and make the effort to stay current with technology.Although my hearing has gotten progressively worse with age, a recent round of chemo damaged my hearing to the point that I just couldnt understand most of what people were saying anymore - it was a clarity problem. I was more or less cut off from people and I realized if something didnt change I would not be able to continue working. I went to Hearing Aids Today and they fitted me with some new hearing aids to try. Oh Lord, it was almost like being healed. It was life-changing for me to instantly hear so clearly; on the phone, in a restaurant, TV... I am so very grateful to have these folks looking out for me. God bless em!

Got an offer from Audiology Associates in the mail. We receive this type of offer from other organizations from time to time and usually ignore them, but something told me that this was the place for my husband, who has been dogged by tinnitus for years. He was nervous about having his hearing tested -- thought he would be told that he had a serious problem. As it turned out, his hearing is OK, and the experience with wonderful Dr. Scherer was professional, pleasant, and reassuring. She gave him some good suggestions about getting relief from the tinnitus. I think getting a hearing assessment is important for EVERYONE, not just elders or those experiencing difficulties. It is so worth the time and cost, and I would wholeheartedly recommend Audiology Associates for an assessment.

I was apprehensive about pursuing hearing aids but the experience with Dr. Samantha was very professional and assuring. She explained why I was hearing voices but wasnt able to distinguish certain words and why I struggle more in noisy environments. She fitted me with Resound Linx2 9 hearing aids with three different programs including restaurant and live music modes. The Bluetooth feature is very helpful with phone calls on my iPhone as I can hear wirelessly through my hearing aids. I would highly recommend Audiology Associates and Dr. Samantha.
