Wonderful help and plants from a visit to the indoor department. The opposite of someone with a green thumb, I went in for some help picking some sturdy plants. The lovely people there were able to explain what plants might work, what the plants needed in a terrarium, how to take care of them, and get the terrariums set up, so I was able to walk out with these baby ferns. Wish me luck in keeping them! Apologies for the poor lighting.

Very disappointed. My boyfriend and I visited the garden center today and the customer service was terrible, there were 3 employees at the store and noon of them seem interested in helping us out with some of our questions. At the top of that, they charged us for 8 items and gave us 7.

Last Sunday, I was headed to a friends home in the afternoon and wanted to bring some flowers. Most everyone was closed, but I called Creekside and a wonderful woman named Amber talked me through the arrangements they had and recommended a potted orchid. She tried to get it delivered for me, but I did not get them enough lead time. However, she took my card information over the phone and walked the big, tall, beautiful, moss-potted orchid out to my car so I would not lose any time. I was thoroughly impressed by her service and the quality and presentation of the plant. Well done!

The staff are very helpful and nice. Both indoor and outdoor sections are nice and well-maintained. I can be there for hours. The pots are high quality. I highly recommend them for the plants and service quality.

Expanded garden center, now on both sides of the street. Lots of plants, shrubs, and such. Plus, they can deliver and plant large items.

Just moved to the area and wanted to get a few plants for our new home. Came across the indoor plant shop and it’s amazing! The staff was very friendly and answered all my questions. The baskets and pots are so unique. I will definitely be returning to buy more plants, wreaths, and even to check out their Christmas ornaments !

This garden center is one of the best in the state and was the premier location for the Jackson & Perkins Rose Companys unveiling of the Crescendo Rose in honor of Nashvilles music history and orchestra center. Service and quality are second to non here.
