Amazing!!! We live in Illinois & were here for a long weekend. My husband found this place & we wanted to check it out. Very interesting ice cream & totally worth the price. We ordered a regular size of nerds 🤓 & Pumpkin spice Latte 😍 so yummy. I almost wish we had one of these out here. Delicious 😋

They have the best shaved ice and the milkshakes are delicious. Pricey but the portions are large. I seen this on CMT and we had to check it out.

The way they do their shaved ice is magic. They keep it hidden so it must be a secret but the ice is so smooth. I love that they use natural fruit purees instead of the more often used candy flavors. The whole vibe is very exciting and much like a club. Best snow cones and ice cream is made local. Coffee is great to!

If you’re in the Opry area on a warm day, there is nothing better! Sure to put a bright smile on kids’ faces!

Oh my goodness! This was my first time here and it blew me away. The cotton candy is like heaven and melts in your mouth with the perfect amount of sweetness. The snow cone was like the softest ice and divine as well. Well done. Well done indeed.

My group enjoyed a late evening butterbeer milkshake, root beer shaved ice float, and birthday cake ice cream. The prices are steep but the serving sizes are big. The three of us could have split two items instead of each getting our own. The atmosphere is unusual and unique - we heard modern pop played back to back with 50s swing - so the place definitely has its own flavor! I would enjoy going back and trying more items.

The snow cones were so good! Loved the ice cream and sweet cream inside. I had the sunset beach and it was delicious.

Great little place. Service was good. Wasnt to excited about a snow cone but my son wanted it. I will say I was pleasantly surprised with the ice and flavors. We got the raspberry and key lime pie.

Way too expensive. I paid $18.50 for a snow cone and a regular coffee. The snow cone was good but the price is too high. The advertisement says $4.00 but they charge you almost $11. Then a coffee for almost $7. It was regular coffee, nothing special. By the way it was bad the coffee. Looks like they never make coffee. I won’t go back.

The product itself was wonderful, and very tasty. The location however is unfortunate. The house is beautiful but linked next to a mini golf course where the water is stagnant and smells pretty bad, so enjoying your ice next to smelly water isn’t ideal.They also have huge posters of some boy all over the place, very odd. I’m not sure if he’s suppose to be famous or if it’s promotional for the product, but it’s pretty off putting. His face is posted right behind the counter as well, and you can’t escape the giant posters of this random boy.But, the product was very good.

Interesting spot, dont think Id come back. I got the strawberry shortcake, which was tasty but missing the graham crumble. Others w/me got ice cream which they said was fine, but they gave us wrong flavors on 2...so 3/4 had mistakes. It wasnt particularly busy & its literally scooping ice cream...not rocket science.

The deck and landscape need redone and the prices were really high but the ice cream was delicious and service was wonderful!

Big bowls of snow cones, very delicious! Got the Sunset Beach, so much in a bowl that I couldnt eat it all there, and that is just the small! Despite it being on the pricey side, it is well worth it for the flavor and the size. I would recommend!

We got lucky and stumbled along this gem on our family trip to Nashville. The 2 boys that were working there at the time are amazing! So friendly and outgoing. We tried 3 flavors. Both my kids opted for the cotton and snow. Big win with the kids (especially since it come with a big stick of cotton candy on the side). Hubby got the shark bite. He loved it. Me being the Potter head of the family opted with potters brew, and oh my goodness! It did not disappoint. We will definitely be back on our next trip. Keep up the good work!

I was excited about coming. Cotton candy and shaved ice 2 of my all time favorites however the prices were ridiculous they didnt have what I wanted so I settled for just a regular cotton candy shaved ice omg once the ice began to melt so did the flavor. Definitely wont go back.

A little expensive compared to other shaved ice places but very good. Syrups aren’t overwhelmingly sweet and the view behind the building is neat and exciting. It faces the miniature golf course and a small waterfall/stream. Would return even with prices being a few bucks higher than average

4.5 stars really. Would be 5 stars if it wasnt so pricey. Good service, great product. It would be something that could be a weekly stop if the price was a bit lower and definitely worth a visit when you are near Opry Mills.

Hands down the best shaved ice Ive ever had. I dont know how they make it so smooth but it is awesome. They have a nice patio in the back and the people who work there are always super nice.

Curious to what the Cotton And Snow was, we googled it and found it to be a local snowcone shack. We ordered a Fat Tuesday and a Coconut Lover and found them to be awesome and Huge!!!! A regular size is almost more than one person can eat. Flavors are on point and taste great. 😋

Just happen to stop by and was highly impressed. Ordered the cotton & snow medium size and it was beyond enough to satisfy me. The cotton candy and ice cream was great but the sno cone itself was the real work. Will definitely come back and highly suggest it to anyone interested in a sno cone.

Yummy freaking place on a hot day in Nashville!! Love being able to add ice cream onto my shaved ice, adds another element. It was very busy when I was there and they handled it so well and barely took anytime at all for the food we ordered to come out of the back window. Would definitely say you should give it a try!!

We visited 3/30 around 7pm and as always the customer service was excellent as well as the shaved ice, ice cream, and coffee . Having to choose between 100 flavors it can usually take us a long time to figure out what we want but they never rush us. So I have to brag on their quality product that you absolutely can not get anywhere in this world and its here in Nashville. They have the absolute best shaved ice as the texture is so fine and smooth and the flavors are natural. I had the Georgia peach and it was the BEST EVER! HANDS DOWN!You can tell they dont cut corners and pay attention to every detail as every menu item weve tried has been delicious. Portions are large so dont be shocked with their pricing. The Karen lady in front of me complained about the prices but honestly no one forces you to patron a business. I feel Cotton & Snow is a luxury not a necessity. Imagine going to Ferrari and complaining about the prices. I felt bad for the young man working the window as everyone there is extremely nice and welcoming. I just wish they had more sugar free flavors but I hear they are working on that. They are opening new locations and hope one opens near me!!!!! One cool thing about this place Ive learned is that everything is made in house. Waffle cones and lemonade OMG!!!!! Ill be adding more pictures to my review and will revisit to give an update.

The flavours are great but when you spend 20 dollars and both snow cones have only snow with no flavour in the Center, then you have to reconsider the worth. They did correct but this should never be an issue when it’s their main product.

We bussed our church group here back in the spring and it was amazing. Prices are a little high but they said everything is made fresh and the waffle cones were HOT off the iron! They had a huge variety of ice cream, coffee, snow cones, and I ordered the snowball lemonade and it was the best Ive had. There was some lovin put in that. The atmosphere was very great with upbeat music and the lady at the register helped my large group figure everything out.

I was excited to try this place but was quickly unimpressed once I got there. They were entirely out of pretty much everything. I mean EVERYTHING!! So, I settled on an oreo milkshake, which was $10 and tasted like frozen cold plain milk. I get a milkshake is made out of milk, but aside from the oreo pieces, I wouldnt have thought it was an oreo shake from the taste. It wasnt flavorful or sweet at all. Maybe they put too much milk, who knows, but I’ll definitely pass next time. I dont see or get the hype of this place.

They have really stepped it up this season. They have new cups, love the new menu, more cotton candy options and they added snow cone cream. We drove from Murfreesboro and it was totally worth it!! Well be back. These are the regular size one is wedding cake with cream and the other is tigers blood with ice cream. The chocolate snow cone with ice cream was AMAZING!

Ordered a small creme brulee and a small toasted coconut and a small bubble gum cotton candy. It was $21 and not worth it. Both ices just tasted really sweet and not much different from each other. The cotton candy was the best part. Its kind of hidden behind the hotels and cant see from the rd.I might give it another try if in the area with friends but that exp. Wasnt too impressive

The cutest place in Nashville with the best shaved ice I have ever had! From the moment we walked up it was fun just being there. The play the best music with comfortable outdoor environment. I tried the sno-frappe shaved ice that was amazing if you enjoy coffee flavored.

The place is great, the staff is excellent, it is nice that its next to a Golfito, its a different proposal that mixes scraped with ice cream, but it is quite sweet (special for sweet lovers)

We went out of our way to visit Cotton and Snow. We were not disappointed. We tried the snow frapp, the respado, and a cotton candy snow with a cotton candy topper. We LOVED all the flavors. The back deck is quiet and shaded with a water feature, so you can stay and enjoy your treats. This is perfect for a kids treat day or a fun date idea. Check it out!

The marketing was identical to what you would find at an Abercrombie and Fitch. Models included.Line was out the door, and waited 15 minutes and never saw an employee. Although the flavors looked tantilizing, we never got the satisfaction of ACTUALLY ordering. Good day.

I was missing my favorite snow cone shack in Florida today and found this place on google. I never thought my old fav would be beat, but this snow cones ice is so processed that its creamy. Im so impressed. I put it in the freezer for over an hour to do some work, and the texture is still perfect.Magic!

Overpriced! $15 for 2 kid sized sno cones is nuts! Sigh. Why would there be $1 upcharge for sugar free and 50¢ upcharge for a basic flavor? I dont get it.

Fantastic customer service with awesome ice cream. I got the cotton candy with cotton candy on it! They have so many different flavors to choose from I have to go back to try the others. My kids went crazy over the flavors like cake batter and Shark Bite.

My husband had the pineapple with snocap which was fantastic and my son had the cherry cola which he also enjoyed very much! This place is amazing! Everyone was so nice to us. We will be back next weekend to try others. I recommend this place to everyone!

Absolutely the best shaved ice I have ever had! I have never had my shaved ice with ice cream and I can assure you I am so glad I went with the nice man’s recommendation of getting the orange dreamsicle with ice cream! Also the atmosphere was so much fun.

Took my son as part of his graduation treat and we absolutely loved it. The ice was smooth unlike any other I have tried and flavors were spot on. I tried the cotton and snow. Cute fun place definitely recommend.

I guess they are not known for their ice cream. A milkshake is like $10 and they give you a plastic spoon and a paper straw... does not make a lot of sense if you’re trying to save plastic. I’ve never had a $10 milkshake and this is definitely not one. Not too mention they have music blaring like it’s Abercrombie. I would not recommend for ice cream.

This place is pretty good. I really dog how they put soft serve on top of your shake so you can have a little ice cream as well as your shake.BUT, the music is a touch too loud, and sort of unnecessary considering theres different music playing at the golf course like 30 ft away, so you just hear both playing over top of one another. Also, who ever decided that this photo was acceptable needs to to rethink their marketing plan.

Large portions, even a small was large. All of my family loved it. It was actual shaved ice, nothing chunky in it at all like other places. Flavors were spot on and the guys there were very friendly. We will be back.

The great thing about this spot is that the shaved iced is nearby and open late. The ice cream taste great and thwy are good portion sizes. The negative is their prices.Their premium products are not clearly priced and a cone can run about $8 if you do not know. We spent $17 for only two cones. The other thing is that its near Opryland so there are tourists in addition to locals. Its busy.Hope this helps.
