Ice cream was amazing!Service was also amazing!If you are in the Opry Mills Mall definitely stop by and give these guys a try. Super friendly with amazing ice cream, can’t say enough good things about this place.

Our shakes were awesome. I got the Snickers shake and it was one of the best shakes Ive ever had. And Ive had a couple over the years lol. Everyone else was very happy with their desserts as well. Thanks for rocking it out!

I got some smoothies and some strawberry shortcake ice cream stuff and it was awesome.

Smaller size was available, but not marketed. Employees seemed like they didn’t really want to be there. Product is fine, would just be nice to know there was a smaller size option.

The ice cream was awesome and the worker did a great job mixing in the toppings(cheesecake icecream), but the waffle bowl I got was extremely, and I mean extremely stale. Tried to crush the waffle bowl to see if it would crumble and nope. It folded like it was paper.

Excellent they make there own ice cream. Its scooped out put on a slab & you have a choice of lots of add-ons in. I had there homemade vanilla with Oreo cookies yum.

Great ice cream for the price. There are so many possible combinations and choices to choose from. I was very pleased with the customer service and how clean it was.

At this ice cream shop you can create your own masterpiece with various mix-ins. Not a fan of toppings in your ice cream, not a problem. The ice cream is just as delicious without it. I love how they hand blend the toppings so you get toppings with every spoonful. My favorite is Chocolate Rum mixed with walnut.

They have great flavors and I love their ice cream cakes.

The employees here are extremely rude. They gave us the wrong order and tried to argue when we asked them to nicely to correct it. Finally remade it very sloppily while making faces, smart comments, and laughing among each other. I would not let my daughter eat it and threw it in the trash.They need new managment here.Weve been to other locations and had great service.

I have gone several times to buy ice creams, I love them !!!!! but the attention is not good, the second time I went they did not want to sell me because there were 10 minutes to close and next time 2 of their employees (Tuesday 10/16/18) at night pouted to sell me the ice creams maybe we bothered them while they did not do much! I hope they improve their service since the ice creams are the maximum!

Love the Ice cream!! Employees were very kind I don’t know what others are saying but I went here like a yr ago so I might not be the best to ask but I always love Marble Slab Creamery wherever it is.

Did not purchase anything. As I walked up to the counter there were 4 employees standing around on their phones. 2 of them looked up but did not move. At that time I changed my mind and turned to walk away. As I did the other 2 employees looked up from their phones.

Great place for ice cream and milk shakes

The girl who took my order, Sam, was extremely rude. Both of the girls working the counter were eating ice cream while I was trying to order for my pregnant wife. I asked her if ai could get change for the massage chair and she just rudely shook her head and pointed at the sign on the wall. Ive already callRd the manager, but I feel like everyone should be aware of their poor service.

The worst ice cream experience. All employees are struggling, the ice cream was melting, melted more when they were mixing it on the slap, became watery in the cone, and finally dripped all over my shoe, pants and shirt.

First and last time barely mixed the add ons into the ice cream. Expensive $13 for one small cone one small bowel 3 ad on total the absolute worst part of it all was being rushed none stop with no line but after taking a total of 3 minutes I saw the reason for the rush..... the ice cream was melting immediately and dropped onto the floor upon it being handed over... smh worst ice cream ever and the most expensive

Employees look like theyd rather be anywhere else and have very bad attitudes. The ice cream had very little flavor as well.

If you have a picture for a shake an a customer asks you for a specific one just do it like the one in the pic. To the arrogant kid that helped me, use gloves since you have cuts and blood on your hands.
