Our district manager Bryce is super helpful every time we see him and our route service driver John is unbelievably good to us.They are always on time and I can almost set a clock by them. I dont see us using anyone else for our uniform service.

I cannot recommend this group. They hoodwinked an employee to sign a contract and now wont let the owner out of it. When the business was closed they are dragging the owner to court demanding payment for all the out years of the contract. So even tho they will NOT be delivering any goods they want paid in full. Too many other reputable firms to use this one. STAY AWAY!!! These guys, in my opinion, are crooks

Moe has been the best delivery person we have ever had .Some of the substitutes are very nice, but they are not Moe. Moe, takes care of all our uniforms, rugs, & paper towels needs. He is a very pleasant person to be around.

We have been using unifirst for about a year and have had no issues or complaints . Also since getting uniforms we have had several customers comment about how much more professional we look as well as more referals from cleints.

Recently hankook in clarksville tn had just switched to this uniform company and it has been 3 weeks without a uniform. After multiple attempts to contact someone to right the situation there is nothing but excuses and empty promises. Instead of apologizing and working to right the situation. Horrible customer service and would advise against using this company.

UniFirst is the best uniform company i have ever used, I have used many uniform companys in the past and when i came to crest Honda in Nashville we use UniFirst and I couldnt be more pleased with the customer service.
