At 3:15 today I called this place because online it says they stay open until 4 PM. I was told they were closing early so I would not be able to come even though I would be there by 3:30. I asked to speak to the manager and the General Manager told me they were slow and they were all tired and ready to get off for the weekend so they rejected me. Would not recommend this company. Their online presence shows they clearly stay open until 4 PM. I was very surprised a company of the size would tell me they are all tired and ready to be off for the weekend. Sure says a lot about this company. Will not be purchasing from them any longer.

We purchased our MoistureShield deck material here. It’s basically zero maintenance and a much better value than using treated wood. The price is well worth it and they loaned us an airgun to install the hidden clips for free! Unfortunately they were too busy when we needed our lumber package delivered.

Very Rude Staff & Poor Quality of Product for the Price. After they were disrespectful to more than one of my employees while at the lumber store. I did some more research and realized that Nashville Lumber was way Over Priced compared to other Nashvile Lumber Stores for the same supply. Deliveries were also a major issue for some reason when trying to meet deadlines. I would recommend looking at other places to do business if in the Nashville area and looking to build or repair.
