All I can say is be careful they can’t be trusted.

I called them three months ago to fix dumbwaiter. Tech (Joe) came and looked at it. Said he would be right back after grabbing some jack stands from shop. He never returned, but was sure to send a $266.00 invoice for stepping in our building for 5 minutes. Its now been three months of calls and emails trying to get that second visit. Its a simple task for this type of company. We have tried dealing with several people there to get movement with no success. Manager (Tim) keeps saying that he will have one of his workers call me back (because hes not interested in assisting directly I guess). Workers never call back. Ive been super easy going and kind to these people up until positing this review. It seems that no one there is interested in doing business with a small businesses.

Company has an employee who is driving the companys truck with license TN tag 249H111. Very aggressive driver (maybe running late for work around 6:30 AM). He gets behind you and flickers his headlights if you are not driving faster than the speed limit. He also tailgate you very closely if you dont speed up. He has done this to me and I watched him do it to other vehicles. The next time, I am going to have my passenger video so I can give it to a news station that I am affiliated with.

Toby was super helpful and did a small job on the spot for me. Needed a piece of round aluminum sized down. He did it within .001 millimeters by hand in 10 mins

Best freakin mechanical contractor in the states !

My husband works for this company. They claim they cannot share information about if he even works for their company or where he is working at the time. As a family member and a nurse I know HIPPA LAWS DO NOT and/or are not required in finding out where my husband is......They’re unprofessional and their communication with others and family members is PATHETIC AND SCARY!

My husband works for this company and he loves it. They take care of their employees and customers just like family.
