NeoPost intentionally does not respond to phone calls and emails when clients want to terminate their contracts. I have tried to call on 5 separate occasions and have been left on hold for 30+ minutes before giving up. When I submitted a request via email, I received a response instructing me to contact them via phone. I refuse to call again and waste any more of my time.I am still in the process of trying to terminate our contract and return our equipment, but their customer service is abysmal.The only helpful person Ive encountered has been a local technician that has done his best to connect me with the correct people at NeoPost.
