I have purchased Alkaline water at the Center of Symmetry for a long time and on two occasions have had some of the food they now serve in their cafe which has been delicious. Today Stacy Rickard Amys Food manager made a great Italian vegetarian dish that was amazing. I was going eat it as a snack but after seeing how large the portion was my wife and I decided to split it and have it for supper. Stacy is a chef at Cafe Cocos so you know the foods gonna be great. If youre looking for great health related products including smoothies, stop in if youre in Nashville near the Vanderbilt University/West End area.

We have been here a few times for the hydrotherapy and massage. Very comfortable and I like a place that gives you a lot of option. Great location in the center of Nashville too.

My therapist was Pamela Burgess, It was the best massage Ive every had. I joined the wellness club just so I can see her each month. I loved the sauna and the juice was very tasty ! I thought the membership fee of $60 is a good deal with eveything you get! Symmetry is very relaxting, I sat on the front porch as I sipped my juice and watch the squirrels chase one another. A very relaxing afternoon!

Star is really a great colon hydrotherapist. She helps keep my fibromyalgia from flaring up. Highly recommended.

This is my favorite place in Nashville to get a massage. Great customer service, and the shop is full of neat trinkets!!

My friend and I stopped by to check it out...we browsed around but leftafter the customer service lacked hospitality and warmth. We wanted to buy a CD but left after waiting for any acknowledgment from both attendants. They were actually both helping same customer. the absolute worst service ever we walked away put CD back and then were told thank you come back. my friend and i have actually been looking forward to this place and both used our day off to stop by. This is the first time EVER that i could not help but complain of the lack of service. It was horrible and never go back again

My sister also came because I referred her as well, but at a later time. We were at CCG from 9am - 2pm. We even had lunch there. Ive had great service in the past and this service was horrible and got worse after I heard about my sisters [partially better] experience.My dad and I were injured during our services! He didnt know it was supposed to be essentially painless! And I have a scar between my anus and the skin above it and it HURTS extremely bad. And Im getting married in 2 days how do I explain this to my future husband?!? She knew she was hurting me and I was telling her she was doing something wrong. She even switched to a smaller hose and that still hurt! Finally she got it in there and she stated that I was tense and that was a lie I was in pain!!!!! We spent the first 10 minutes of my service trying to just get through this part. My dad and I were sharing our experiences with my sister and he told me he experienced the same thing! He just didnt know it wasnt supposed to be painful. Now I feel horrible that he went through this because I recommended it.My sisters story was much more pleasant. Although she had issues with not being greeted when she walked in for her appointment. However, Jillian (her therapist) informed her of the food, drink, and supplements that she needed to take post her therapy and how frequently she should get the services. And her therapist even emailed her information on aloe Vera and apple cider vinegar. We received nothing! She was also able to lay down on the massage table after her session. We were told to sit in a room with comfy chairs and thats it. We eventually went and sat outside.After being there for almost 6 hours and spending over $500 on services, tip, and food, we received no extra treatments or services what so ever!!!! My mom even asked for information on the alkaline water and no one knew anything! They told her to go to the back and read it! Why have people working at a wellness center who have no knowledge of the products and services.This is not the Center of Symmetry I once knew! The only good thing about the service is that everyone was friendly. But that should be a given when rendering a service!Im very disappointed and would like to speak with the manager and even the owner!Make sure you check your therapist credentials because they wont volunteer the information!
