I had no idea how overwhelming choosing a new mattress was until I started the search for myself. My girlfriend and I decided to check out sleep outfitters just to get some more options. I planned on learning some brand names and price points. However, Kris was there and made everything easy. I got to try out several mattresses (several times over and over) and an otherwise stressful choice became easy. I am very excited for my new mattress to come in this week.

Katie was amazingly awesome. She took her time in asking and understanding my health concerns. She took everything into consideration when choosing the best bed for my back issues. After trying out the Cadillac version specialized to my needs I felt like I had been to the spa. My body was able to relax in a way that was unmatched by any other bed Ive ever tried. Katie truly understands all aspects of customer service and goes the extra mile. She made sure that I left the store with a great understanding of what I will purchase in the near future. I did purchase a more standard alternative, but look forward to purchasing the Cadillac in the near future.

We went to Sleep Outfitters after a quick Google search and reading great reviews. Jason was fantastic to work with — very knowledgeable, gathered all the information he needed re: our sleep habits in order to make appropriate recommendations. He offered a variety of options at differing price points, which allowed us to feel confident we were making the best decision for our bodies and our wallet. (And he didnt mind that our daughter got comfy while we shopped.)The bed was delivered the next day, was set up in less than 30 minutes, and I got the best night of sleep last night — better than I have had in years. YEARS! Not sure why we waited so long, but we are thrilled with our purchase and would recommend Sleep Outfitters without hesitation. (And if you meet Jason and you cant remember where you recognize him from, hes a dead ringer for Rick on Pawn Stars. And yes, he hears that all the time. :) )

It was refreshing that Katie actually listened to my answers! Yes, she is in sales so, of course, her goal is that the customer buys from her instead of going elsewhere but it is obvious that she truly wants to sell the customer the “right” bed so they will be well rested and that their needs are met.I can not believe how her professionalism teamed with a desire to truly meet my needs removed all anxiety from mattress shopping!If you are waking up with all kinds of aches and pains, maybe it’s time for a new mattress. My wife and I had plans to shop for a mattress most of the day. Our first stop was Sleep Outfitters in Green Hills and Jay helped us. I went to two different mattress store in desperate need of a mattress quickly. Barry was wonderful to work with and so very helpful and knowledgeable! They had hands down the best prices and a great selection! The store was clean and organized! Best yet I got next day delivery free of charge. Tl;dr - 5 stars on the friendliness of the saleswoman, 2 stars on the quality of the mattress, 1 star on the return policy.Had a great experience buying a used floor model mattress from Sleep Outfitters, but after placing my order and leaving the store I found the same mattress for sale online at Costco for $40 less - for a brand new mattress! I decided not to cancel my order because I was so pleased with my sales experience. Unfortunately after the mattress was delivered and I slept on it, I found it very uncomfortable and extremely hot. Reflected a lot of heat and caused me to toss and turn in the night. When I called and asked for a refund, they refused because I purchased a floor model and they don’t accept returns on floor models. I even asked if I could just get store credit and buy an upgraded mattress for significantly more money, a win win situation, and they still said no. Very disappointed in my experience, and disappointed I didn’t cancel my order in the first place when I saw it was significantly overpriced. If I had just purchased the cheaper mattress brand new from Costco I could have returned it when I found it uncomfortable. Instead I stuck with this store for what I thought was going to be “customer service” and unfortunately it let me down.UPDATE: The store manager reached out to me and offered to help. They really want you sleeping right at this store, which I appreciate. I wasn’t able to get a refund, but they gave me a mattress protector to help. I would just advise future mattress shoppers to check prices online before buying and read the small print when making a purchase from here. Otherwise the people are very friendly and nice, and while I didn’t have a perfect experience, it seems like most people do. Time to eat the cost of this mattress and head back to the stores!PS: If anyone is looking for a great, gently used mattress I hear there’s a good one for sale on Facebook marketplace.

It has been over a month since I bought my new mattress set from Jason and Barry at Sleep Outfitters in Green Hill. And I LOVE IT!!!!! I have to tell you, there is no where else you need to shop. They asked me questions to better understand what I needed as I have back issues. Then they showed me what I needed for a wonderful nights sleep. Also when you go in, try the adjustable base, it makes the mattress sooo much better! Also I financed it at 0% interest!!!
