I called early in the day and the gentleman did a chain and sprocket change on a sportbike like it was cool. Good people. Quick service. Good company.

The owner, Douglas, is very knowledgeable and communicates well. He works on a variety of bikes and if he cant solve a serious problem, he lets you know it. He may not be able to bail you out on that 1985 Moto Guzzi that you got such a great deal on (it ran when I parked it), but with most other bikes, you should be OK.

I was delighted to find a shop that works on BMWs on the east side, called and asked about getting tires installed. The owner told me no problem bring tires in for a change. I finally got tires last week and called, dropped the bike off Sat morning and the change was done by early afternoon. I picked my bike up this morning. Service was exceptional; he noted my clutch lever was too tight and adjusted it before I left. He knows bikes, is very personable, rates are very reasonable. Im glad to have service available without having to cross town. I highly recommend this shop!

Douglas has been my bmw guy for nearly a decade. Hes the most honest, experienced, knowledgeable mechanic youll find. Bigger shops charge more than he does, and bigger shops cant always be trusted to quote labor times fairly and properly diagnose issues. Doug knows his stuff, and no ones made my bikes run better than him.

This guy really works hard to give customers 100% satisfaction. He knows his stuff, and is honest and affordable.

Douglas is the man! Honest, thorough, he treats bikes like they are his own.
