The worst customer service ever! The rep does not respond to phone calls at all! ~ and does not respond to email quickly either. Waiting on a quote takes a VERY long time and delivery of the products takes several weeks and sometimes a month. Unless youre ordering $10,000 or more they really dont want to bother with you. I would recommend you buy your Steelcase furniture anywhere but here!
