Why is it your employees feel the need to tell their customers what to do. After completing my self checkout I was immediately told to return my cart to its area. What exactly are the job of your yellow vest employees? They dont help you check out and they order customers around.From my experience all I see them doing is using their personal cell phones and chit chatting with one another.Instead of paying employees, possibly look into giving customers credit for doing their Jobs!

The best Walmart Ive been to it a very long time. It was clean as far as the store itself goes. I cannot speak for the bathrooms, I did not see them. It was quiet, like weirdly quiet and on a Sunday. The employees seemed to be nice and were not trying to run us over with carts here.The only slight downside, and its not their fault due to shipping restrictions currently, there were some items not actually available in store that were available online for in store. Just some minor stocking unavailability.We talked about how relaxing it actually was in the store compared to our old Walmarts. Grocery was a little busy but we went on a Sunday, of course it was!

Its a one-stop-shop. It is very convenient to shop there. Everyone is helpful and the products are good. Sometimes in the pet department, they are not always stocked up on their variety of foods.

It was a fiasco. I spent twice as long shopping because there was almost nothing to choose from down the grocery isles. Could not find any equate items in the freezer section and not much of a selection in the other brands. Not much in the way of bread, but there was plenty of alcohol. I could continue, but dont see much point. Its almost as tho Walmart would rather we go to a competitor. Also, no gallons of water. I hope you have a better experience than I.

Found a good parking spot, went in through the garden center. Went straight to hardware and found what I needed - on clearance, no less. There was no wait at the cash register. Very good trip. I wish all Walmarts were this efficient.

The Walmart Natchez Mississippi is one of the most laid-back Walmarts Ive ever been to. Those things that are in cases arent. Not too crowded at all the Friday night. Doesnt even feel like a regular Walmart good place

Find everything ok on your own or using the app.Many times my verticality challenged self cant reach the top shelves and when looking for help I have no one around or cannot find them. Which thus I started bringing my own designated tall person. Why? I was tired of climbing the shelves to get what I cant reach.Another reason for low star rating. I like help when I ask something. I get you just want to get your job done, but seriously I was just wanting to know where charcoal was at instead of blowing whatever time I was trying to find it only to ask another customer where it was.Lastly cashiers...this is the MAIN reason you got the rating you did at 3 and not 1. The older gentleman was kind and very respectful. He was patient with the customers and I believe despite his age he has excellent customer service skills.He definitely set the standard for others in the store. Soon enough I will get the mans name and place it in the comment of this review so he can have his deserved spot light.

The Natchez MS Walmart is always lacking in what one is looking for and it is not well organized. Detergents of the same brand will be in more than one spot on the detergent aisle, for example. The staff is friendly and try to be helpful.As far as grocery pick up, it needs improvement. One thing you order may be out. You request for them to check again. They tell you its too late for that order. You go park your car, go inside and theres plenty of what you had ordered, but they have no system for double checking those orders to make sure the item hasnt been restocked. Thats exhausting to one not really able to go shopping and could so easily be solved.The Vidalia LA Walmart is 100% better than the one in Natchez. They need to cross train their managers and staff or SOMETHING!

Lived here many years and never had a bad experience in the store. Grocery pickup however, is another story. We always get cracked eggs, old, bruised and generally the worst of the produce. I will say that all the employee interactions went very well, it was just the groceries themselves that I had an issue with. I hope it gets addressed.

I give 3 stars instead of 1 because there were friendly employees this visit .The young woman that was cleaning the shopping carts was very sweet. Im glad to see that they are now doing this also. I wish they would extend there hours till 10:00p.m. and if possible open the other self check out terminals. Im sure there are others that are pressed for time more so than I, that would agree.

I visited Natchez, MS Walmart to so a pick-up. I scanned my barcode & waited. Eventually someone came after my family stood for minutes. The only complaint is that the guy didnt even ask my name when he walked up (he came from out of no-where which was probably at the back of the store...and we were at the front), plus, he must have signed my name because he didnt ask me to and thats why I gave it 3 stars this time. This is the first pick up like this, especially for a product over $400 (got it half off tho) that noone wanted to verify who I was, and thats rather off putting. But other than that, for the most part, I like the store and the workers. I drove an hour just for my item since it was on sale half price (a printer I will transition & using for sublimation). Many times this store still has the products Im looking for when no other store does (even Black Friday sales days later...or even weeks later).

Canning jars. Need pickle mixes and pectin. Need to restock. 25 lbs granulated sugar cheapest in town.

I dont care for Walmart because the workers are often rude. They will tell you they ate going on break and wont help you. Once I waited at the deli for the worker to return from the back, which I could see in the reflection of the food case. They were standing their hiding from me. Then came out and said Im on break. 20 minutes of waisted life.

While the store is clean and organized, it’s appalling how many associates aren’t properly wearing their masks while working and in full uniform. If we’re required to wear our masks correctly, shouldn’t the associates be expected to do the same? We wear masks to protect people and stop the spread of this pandemic. It’s not just some simple cold. You have associates coming in and out of your store from the parking lot wearing their mask under their chins, associates tasked with ensuring that customers are wearing masks with their mask pulled down and eating at the entrances of your store (while allowing customers wearing masks under their chins, like your associates, into the store), and associates restocking shelves not wearing masks properly as well. What good is a mask if it isn’t used to cover your mouth and nose, as stated by the CDC guidelines for this pandemic.

Great customer service

Only one entrance is open and employees smoke cigarettes way to close to the entrance. Also they said they closed off one entrance because of covid19 but how is it helpful having everyone crammed in the other entrance? You cant distance yourself that way. The parking lot is also a disaster due to the 2nd entrance being closed.

Wal-Mart is walmart

I used the New order on line and Pickup in the Store option and I loved the fact that I could just walk up and scan my barcode and the order comes up on a display, then a small door slides open and there is the order already bagged and ready for pickup. This is less than a 3 -5 minutes process as compared to walking through the store trying to find the products, and trying to get checked out. I LOVE IT!

Shelves were NOT stocked properly even though they have cut their hours so the restockers can restock the store.

Messed up my pick up order. Was missing several things. Gave me stuff I didnt order. Young man that waited on me was nice.

I visited with my service dog, and she made some new friends, and visited with her Old friendsVery friendly check out lady also.

It’s Walmart so it doesn’t matter how many stars I give this place, I just think it’s ridiculous that they aren’t requiring masks in this one. I was shopping on Christmas Eve and was appalled at how many of the customers were not wearing masks.You have a lot of employees walking around the store at all times, so they can see if someone isn’t wearing a mask. Ask these customers to leave.
