I was at this business on 9/21/19. The young cashier told me the machine had frozen and I needed to run my card again. When I checked my account, it had been charged twice. I went to the store, but was told they were unable to refund my money. I was given a phone and called it only to be told it would take three business days before my account would be credited. It has now been six business days and I am being told I need to refute the charge, get the card company to request a refund and wait another ten business days. It only took a few minutes to overcharge me, now Im having to wait weeks to get my own money back. What kind of business is this? I will only return to this business, if that is what it takes to get my money refunded.
