I used Natchitoches Walmart tire center replaced all 4 tires. The service was fast & I was on my way.

They have some of the most outrageous policies that they follow like not being able to put two new tires on a vehicle if the size you have on it now is wrong. They will not put the proper tire size on unless you buy four at that time. Absolutely not acceptable for me. You can do better Walmart

Very nice workers.. Havent had any problems with this location.. Have had my oil changed for 2 yrs here.

The technician Jeremy Burton was very professional and thorough. He explained all he done in detail and i felt very comfortable with the service that was rendered.

Pitiful service. Woman in automotive section was very rude. The guy who works in the shop was helpful.

Deborah was very rude. And was busy doing other things while we needed help.

I went to get the fuel service and standard oil change deal for $40 and they ended up charging me $60.04. I went back to have them fix my charges and I had to wait almost an entire hour to get someone to actually do something. Also, after leaving again I realized that they never did my fuel service they just put the fuel injector in the front seat of my car. I also, a young lady that worked in the back was being rude to other customers and didnt pay attention to what people were asking her. And on top of that she asked me how much money I gave her at check out because she didnt feel like counting it. Im not too sure what happened to WalMarts standard but they really need to start hiring more competent people. I hate to say it but i wouldnt hire half of their staff to be custodians because they might ask me what to do with a broom.

The workers are rude and disrespectful. Never been there before and walked in there to try and just pay first to get a tire and the worker turned around and said you didnt see all that outside? And you gone take the tire with you?

Worst service! Waited 10 minutes at the service line and they were looking at me, never acknowledged me, I drove to the stall and still waited. The girl was walking around saying she had something to do, but wasnt doing anything! Never again
