I recently bought a beautiful GMC pickup from Gretchen at Vaughn Chevrolet Buick Cadillac in Natchitoches, Louisiana. Gretchen and Mr. Cecil, her sales manager, made the whole process easy and enjoyable. The experience was so pleasant that it felt as though I was buying my truck from a good friends. I was returning from a 9,300 mile road trip. I was about 250 miles from home when my trunk started popping open. I scheduled an appointment with my local dealership, but it started happening more frequently as I drove. I stopped and asked the guys at Vaughn Chevrolet if they could help tie my trunk down so I could get home. They didn’t have string but one guy got a tie down from his truck and used it. They did not charge me a cent for their time. They even offered advice on what may be the problem. Everyone was friendly. I’m over two hours away, but I won’t forget them when I’m shopping for a new vehicle. I’ll definitely give them a shot on my next purchase. The service department people couldn’t have been nicer.

The service department is top notch. So incredibly kind and considerate. There is not a Cadillac dealer in Leesville and the one in Alexandria was less than accommodating. So to Nachitoches I went! This team was welcoming and worked with me knowing the distance I had to travel for my service. From my initial phone call to the final payment it was easy to work with them. I will definitely return there if I need work done on my vehicle.

My 2016 Silverado went in on a warranty fix for the transmission, and they were also supposed to address the recall on the braking system. Upon picking up the truck the I noticed that the transmission was very rough when shifting and my brake system was not working properly (and it was when I dropped it off). I took the truck back the next day and they said they would replace the vacuum pump for the anti lock brake system and check out the transmission by lunch time. They did not start replacing the vacuum pump until after 1PM and did not look at my transmission issue. It is very obvious to me that they did not drive my truck after changing the transmission or they would have noticed that it was not operating properly and they would have also noticed the brake issue. I will find another dealership to come behind and hopefully fix the problem correctly. I will gladly speak with anyone from Vaughn and elaborate on the whole situation if they would like to give me a call.

Hands down, the most pleasant vehicle purchase of my life! Jay was AWESOME, and so was Mr. Stewart. Couldnt ask for better follow-up after the sale. And weve previously used the service department, and always gotten top-notch service from Brad there too!! A great family run business that treats their customers like family.

They are very friendly and try to go beyond what you expect. This is the first time Ive ever purchased a new truck from them and would do it again. Its not every day you meet sales and service people that try to do everything they can to help your purchase and extras. I give them 5 stars and plan to do future business with them.

If I could give this a negative rating I would! The service parts have terrible management and terrible workers! Do not go here if you want your car back in a reasonable time. We’ve been given promise after promise that it would be ready at a certain time and it’s now 2 months past the promised date. They do not go by their words and their workers have messed my car up already so they have to go back and fix it. I’ve never been more unsatisfied and to top everything off my car was sitting outside those 2 months and my rotors have now started to rust. Terrible place and terrible lazy people.

I came in for a vehicle diagnostic at 10am on Friday. The service guy (some old head) tells me how much it would and I said thats fine. Then he tells me his guys on break at 12; I said, Sir yall just opened at 8, and Im just getting a diagnostic check why are you telling me about lunch time, yall have only been working for 2 hours. Mind you they were not busy and it only take 5-15 minutes to do a diagnostic test..if that! He tells me to come back after 1 when they get back from lunch. I said whatever cool. I come back at 12:50 waiting for them to open. I am the SECOND one there. The service guy walked around in circles for 15 mins before he could even write me up. But as soon the first gentlemen came in he wrote him up right away. The first guy was getting a diagnostic too. He was in and out. So Im thinking Im next..NOT! Three other Caucasian ppl come in and they are in and out! Now it is 3pm and my car hasnt even been looked and so Im LIVID! I asked the service guys if they looked at my car and they said no but no one can tell me why, no one cared, so I just took my keys and left! Wasted all my time there and got nothing done. Youre service team SUCKS! It maybe not be everyone but that one old guy with the white hair does! 🙄
