Seemed to figure out what the problem was with my laptop, but I was told the diagnostic charge would be $15. When I picked it up the charge for the diagnostic was $65. Is it really that satisfying ripping off a college student? This place sucks

Needed an emergency charger for my laptop. They knew exactly which one to give me. I didnt have to go to Walmart and spend $60 so these guys are my heros. They also told we what chargers NOT to get if my new one ever broke, so that my computer wouldnt get messed up. My laptop stays plugged up for days and the adapter never gets hot. Loved how friendly they were. Sat there with them and talked for a good amount of time, and Im usually a shy person. I will definitely go to Computer Allies Inc. for anything and everything tech savy. Thanks so much!
