Ive taken several sthil saws here for service over the years. The guys at the desk are always helpful and knowledgeable. Repairs are always quick and correct. We have 6 stilh chainsaws and a leaf blower on a disaster relief unit and Rabalais keeps them running for us. Thank you Rabalais for excellent service.

Im the mechanic at rabalais small engine in natchitoches, and I know we do our best at helping anyone. Either it be picking a new piece of equipment or fixing the old, we do alot of good for area. If we dont know it then we figure it out as well as a professional. So if you have Stihl, exmark, Cub cadet, or any machines with a Briggs, Kohler, or Kawasaki engine on it, come by and see what we can do.

I was really disapointed.usually you have to go to california or up north to find such un-cooperative people.first off the told me they didnt carry ANY chainsaw chain.second they told me they couldnt sharpen any chainsaw chain.then they wanted to argue over what stihl called the part, then didnt want to sell it to me.instead they tried to sell me items i couldnt use, calling them the best you can get, and they werent.finally they stated they would order the needed part, because they dont sell the ones they have in stock. it would cost more and take longer than ordering it off ebay.Not what small town service should be.
