Called in at 8 a.m., asked about a specific mini excavator size, was told there was plenty, told them I would be there to get it at a specific time. Upon arrival was told a whole different story, as the specific size was out until next week, but had a bigger size for a bigger price. It is as if they will tell you yes we have it until you get there and then want you to upgrade for more money or travel an extra hour to go to another store. Have rented several times here with no problems and good service in the past. Now they have expanded, not so sure of customer service. Alex called me and made sure everything was corrected. This is a great place to rent things Great people great products I had a problem with one of the dump trailers gentlemen came right out and help me fix it right away I wish I could give them more than five stars they are really good people

I could not have asked for a better overall experience renting from HHR. Customer service is absolutely second to none. Had the initial piece of equipment go down and the team worked extremely hard to make sure I had another piece of equipment to meet the needs I had. I look forward continuing doing business with HHR for all rental needs in the future.

Anything you can want or need and they are good people!

I just rented their stump grinder. I ground down 9 large stumps. One was more than 2.5 feet in diameter. It cut through them like a hot knife in warm butter. The grinder is easy to use and was actually kind of fun. The daily rental was $265 but well worth it since it would have been about $1300 to have someone do it for me.

This people are great. You can rent from them anytime of day with prior arrangements, their prices are great, (cheaper than other rental companies I have used) and they explain how to use the equipment. I cant say enough good things about them
