I HIGHLY recommend California Closets. My experience with Kate Young at the Hyannis MA store could not have been better. She is a highly skilled designer whose patience reviewing various designs with me was above and beyond that which was required. She is very smart and a great communicator. She is the best! And the installers were clean and careful. We love it. It is well worth every penny!!

Weve used California Closets for a variety of home improvement projects, including outfitting a mudroom, laundry room, and garage with custom hooks/drawers/cabinets/shelves. The Design Team is knowledgeable and helpful and has great ideas and style. Ive used other closet brands in the past, and CCs service and product are superior by far.

We worked with Hannah M at the Natick store in April 2019 to build walk-in closets for my wife. It was a seamless process and the closets got lot of good comments from our guests. There is no sign of degradation after more than two years.

It was perfect from start to finish. I could not be happier. My shelves and cabinets were well planned and well executed.

I love my new closet system, It really has been a dream to be this organized. The lady that set up my design was very friendly, professional and really knew how to maximise my space. The main reason for the 2 starts is though the system is great. They did not measure right where my lights switch goes so that its not in the center of the hole they made and never put the light switch cover back. When I had to get a repair on my system the lady was at least able to put the switch plate on it but its just completely off. The other really unfortunate thing was that either one of the installers or the lady who was watching because she was new stole one of my prescriptions that was inside of my nightstand drawer. I did notify the office and course all denied it. So needless to say I never saw it again. NEVER LEAVE THEM ALONE if you do have your system done

California Closets did an absolutely amazing job with all my closets. Their consultant, Hailee, came out to our home in advance, spending time to understand our requirements and evaluating the items that our new closets were expected to store. She shared cad drawings which was critical for me to have this visual. Then based on Hailees collaboration with us, we modified as required to provide an efficient & productive set up, while accommodating our budget. Installation crew was excellent!! We are extremely happy our closets and show them off when we can.

Built me a closet out of a room in the house that was not being used. Betsey Geddis the designer Don and Bobby the installers were professional and responsive to my needs and wishes.I cant wait to do my other closets and a storage room in my house.

Visited Natick store twice during posted hours on weekend of Oct 10 and nobody was at the store even though sign on door said that store was open. Not worth the trip!

California Closets (Natick) did an amazing job with design and installation of my closet system. The designer took the time to listen to my needs and collaborate on the best design. Installer was on time and respectful of current COVID conditions. He also made sure I was satisfied with the installation before he left.

Fabulous experience with California Closets. Our Client Representative, Hailee. We had to engage during lockdown so she was very creative in working with us via Zoom, 3D designs and always on top of her game. We felt like we were being heard. We were very happy with the end result and the entire process! Highly recommend.

I have used California Closets for two projects, and have been super impressed with them. A very professional company that do quality work in a timely manner. They transformed a previously cluttered and unusable space into an area that is not only beautiful but beautifully organized. Every item of clothing easy to find and access. They designed and installed some book shelves for us. Then Covid came and they still got the work done, safely and neatly! We are very happy with our sales person, Stacey, as well as the installer and his work. There was one issue and they followed right up and corrected it. I would recommend them .

They gave me the closet of my dreams. The team worked with me to utilize the space that I had to make the most of it. I had gotten quotes from other companies but California Closet was the most reasonably priced and had the most options.

Very expensive even with placing an order during a sale. And then when I asked for some minor adjustments after install I was told I would have to pay more. The salesperson was actually rude about it. Go anywhere else than California closets!!

Priscilla came to our home and designed a custom master closet. We couldnt be happier with the results. We will be using them again on other home projects.
