Working with Kassandra at GGP has made all my projects run seamlessly. Kassandra facilitates all my client meetings and helps guide them with all her knowledge about materials. As a Interior Designer I have a lot of knowledge however Kassandra is what I call a “stone whisperer”, her passion exudes through her interactions and her execution of the installation. She is extremely hands on and yet allows me to take the reigns when necessary. Having her eyes on the project has given me a sense of calm knowing that when the stone is at the fabricator Kassandra will make sure all the seams and the layouts of the stone are as we had discussed. I cannot speak any higher of another subcontractor than I can of Kassandra. Whether you are a home owner, a contractor or a designer she is a hidden asset to your team. Kassandra is a joy to work with! She is communicative, creative, and knows her stuff! She was constantly checking inventory for us when our timeline shifted. Had a horrible experience with another contractor in lowering a kitchen counter to bar height (the lowered counter ended up not being level). Reached out to Ryaan at Best Handyman Boston who put me in touch with Kassandra, and Im glad he did. Kassandra and her team at GGP came out, fixed the issue, and made some improvements as well. After they left I noticed some minor finishing details needed a little more attention, and they came back out without issue and touched that all up, too. Kassandra was there both times overseeing everything, and was very professional and easy to work with. Would highly recommend.

GGP Custom Countertops provided us with great customer experience and a beautiful final product.Initially we received the incorrect stone for our kitchen counters due to a communication error. Kassandra was extremely gracious and immediately resolved the problem. Even with needing to get replacement stone, the wait was very short and they installed the correct countertops as soon as possible.Our kitchen countertops are absolutely gorgeous and installation of the stone was perfect. The crews attention to detail and craftsmanship left our countertops looking like they were out of a magazine.We loved our experience with GGP and highly recommend them for all your countertop needs.
