My car is 14 years old and no one has worked on it but Ball Acura. They are very thorough and knowledgeable. They always inform me of what needs to be done or replaced.This visit required a lengthy work that will take about 8 hours. They provided me with a ride to and from home. My car was ready the same day. I also received a voucher for a car wash, which my car needed badly.Excellent customer service. 👌
The customer service is amazing. I would never recommend a dealer that does not honor the manufacture lease deals. Also, I would never recommend a dealership that insists on artificial dealership markups. If you do buy here, enjoy overpaying.

Horrible experience. i took my car for repairs through my insurance thinking it would only take a 2 week process. I understand there is a back n forth.. approvals from my insurance but it literally took 4 weeks to get my vehicle back. There was a lot of blaming on the insurance and trying to over charge. At the end of the day they did get away with it,, milking it all the way. Never again would i go back for anything. I dont recommend this place!
Tired of waiting over 2hours for an oil change. Dont know what theyre doing but it dont take 2 hours to change the oil unless youre Rookie Mechanics. If so you shouldnt be working at a dealership. Very Unsatisfied

My husband died 6/2/20. His car needed service. I dropped it off but kept struggling to pick it up. Today, 6/22, I took an Uber to get the car but was running 10 minutes late. I phoned and Rubin and Ernie agreed to stay open to help me. Really excellent customer service. I’m very grateful.

I came to Ball Acura to lease a 2019 Acura ILX and was so pleased with the service and attention I received, especially from my Sales and Leasing Consultant, Sam Sheikh. Sam was personable, professional, never pushy, and went above and beyond any expectations I had. Buying a car takes a long time, but Sam showed lots of patience and even went out of his way to go get me lunch while I waited. He assisted me with my lease-end with another dealership, guiding me through that process, and has been extremely responsive when I have emailed him questions. I am very satisfied with the experience and service I have received from Ball Acura and would recommend them to anyone in the market!

I have nothing but negative comments mostly regarding the service department. To keep it short they put their convenience before yours. Hours waiting for your car, no loaner cars, or theyll tell you bring it back next week. I had to take 3 separate days off of work in order to bring my car in for service for the same problem..I would recommend to completely avoid this Acura dealership and go to another one for business.
Ive been coming here for years to get my oil changed. Ernie almost always helps me out and is always displaying great customer service. He tells me what I need to know and keeps me informed of anything I need to know while Im getting services done.

Each oil change the service techs thoroughly comb through my car & alert me to any items that need addressing, which is great “peace of mind”! I have had my Acura serviced here several times and have been impressed with the knowledge and the quality of service. However, The customer waiting area is seldom clean, and their loaner vehicles are really filthy. So filthy in fact, that I felt I had to wash my hands every time I sat back down in the drivers seat.The restrooms in the customer waiting area are the exception, and have been clean every time.

This is my go-to Acura dealership. Ive been coming here for years since the days if our old 2002 RSX, and continue to come here for service when we traded our RSX fir a TLX a few years ago. Workmanship and customer service are superb here. Highly recommend them!
Poor attention to detail in the maintenance department. I made 2 separate appointments and the issue still isnt fixed because they didnt order the parts they were suppose to despite Vanessas best efforts. Wasted lots of my time!

I would never buy a car again from this dealer. We were quoted a payment then after 3 hours we were finally signing papers and the payment went up $69. That may not seem like much but by the end of the loan that’s over $3800.00. They did a total bait and switch. They made buying a new car a miserable experience. You would be better off going elsewhere. These people are nice to your face and will say anything to get the deal but in the end they lack honesty and integrity.
After spending ~4 hours over the weekend negotiating a lease on an RDX the sales team tried to slot $3k in fees into the contract after the manager (Alex) promised to drop them to $0 the day before. I would avoid this dealership over lack of integrity
I will start off by giving a shout out to Johnny in sales. When I wandered in from the Honda dealership, he was courteous and friendly. I went back the next day to test drive and work numbers on the car I liked. Johnny was not there, so I worked with Andy. After a tough negotiation, my boyfriend and I decided it was not a deal we wanted to make... Thats OK. No harm, no foul. I wanted the deal structured a specific way and it just didnt work out for both parties. After some thought, I decided I was willing to come up a bit on payment and my boyfriend entered into negotiations with Andy via text and phone the next day. They made a deal and my boyfriend told Andy what time I would be there (1 hour from when they spoke) and to have the car ready for me. He was just waiting for a call from the manager, Sam, to solidify the details. I show up and Andy is MIA and the car is still on the showroom floor NOT READY. Strike one. I am greeted by Sam who still had not called my boyfriend back because the owner had to approve the deal. So I am not really sure at this point why I wasted my time driving 30 to get there when they werent ready for me. The manager then asks me for a credit app. I told him that once I was confident the deal could be structured how we asked, I would give a credit app. I am not going to have a hard inquiry on my credit unless Im confident I will be going home in a new car. I was extremely up front with my GOOD credit score from the get go, even showing Andy my credit karma score on my phone. Andy and Sam then went into an office that I assume belonged to the GSM or GM and start screaming at each other about me, my credit app, my boyfriend, and my deal. Even when they finally decided to shut the door, I could still hear them screaming at each other and using the F word more than 10 times. I was ready to walk out at this point since I was SO uncomfortable. As I was gathering my things, they came out. They sit down and Andy proceeds to lie to me about the deal he worked out with my boyfriend. Obviously I speak with my boyfriend and I knew the EXACT deal that had been worked. He even tried to show me a text message to prove me wrong, but the message proved HIM wrong. They then tried to spout out BS about the auto industry and that this is how it works. Well apparently they had forgotten (even though we had an entire conversation about it) that I WORK IN THE AUTO INDUSTRY. I know exactly how it works. They thought they could get me to agree to something that was better for them because my boyfriend wasnt with me. I have never felt so disrespected or uncomfortable. I walked out and called my boyfriend to tell him what had happened. He then called Sam to speak to him about his extremely inappropriate behavior and Sam even had the nerve to LIE to my boyfriend about the entire situation and deny the fact that they were screaming the F word in their office. There are truly no words for this experience except to say that it is inexcusable. If you want to have a fun, simple, and respectful car buying experience, I do NOT recommend visiting Ball Acura. They could use some training on how to act.
I would rather go somewhere else where you do not get way overcharged for basic repairs or maintenance. Who knows what they do to your vehicle, or if they are actually doing the service you pay for?These mechanics & advisers know the tricks. I would be weary about this place. There are many other shops throughout San Diego that specialize in Acuras, this should not be your last resort. In addition, they seem to never have parts in stock so why come here. There is a thing called the internet where you can get the same Honda part for a lot less & free shipping.Want to do an oil change or other basic maintenance? There are many good credible videos on YouTube, look it up & youll know what I am talking about. Save yourself $$$$. Dont get fooled by the fake talk and tie from service advisors. Do your own maintenance, youll feel good when you are done doing it. Invest $ in basic tools, a jack and towers. I bought mine at Harbor Freight, and for the reasons above have never gone back to this place.Pancho

I stopped in for a look, I like Acuras but I need better MPG,S. Thinking about a Lexus 300 ES H it gets 35 to 40 MPG thats the minimum i will take.

Fresh from driving about 2,000 miles cross country, we went to this dealership without an appointment. We asked for help on what to do with a damaged fender liner on our 2005 Acura. EVERYONE we spoke with went out of their way to help, including the person who helped us operate the sophisticated coffee/teamaker in the lounge. :)After inspection, the team gave us an honest assessment of what needs to be done if we want it fixed and what parts need to be ordered when we are ready. Assured us that car is ok to drive as is - no pressure to get anything done that day. They even washed the car, no charge.THANK YOU, we will definitely be back!
Hi alllast thursday, july 25, 2019, I had my acura MDX 2016 for A1 services. i went to my camping in Julian on Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning. on the way to mountain i noticed my engine had unusual noise. I was thinking to bring my car back to the dealer on monday . so I let its go to enjoying my camping. on sunday morning after i loaded all my camping gears to the back of my SUV.i want to check out the engine, I opened the hood and i founded the airfillter compartment was open, the air fillter left a half out of the casing. i know why my engine sound weird. This is a second times, the first was Evans Tire shop in Chula Vista, now Ball accura. I will not allow Evan Tire and Ball Accura to services my SUV Ever.

Sleazy, dishonest dealership. Do not deal with Sam Sheikh or David Kim, as my experience is with them. Unfortunately, Google requires that I give at least one star.Was referred here through the Costco Auto Buying program. Went in, test drove, and then began negotiations. Was told that the vehicle I wanted was a limited edition, and so there is no Costco pricing. However, I was interested in a 2019 ILX, not the limited PMC editions of the MDX or TLX. Sam then demonstrated the Apple Carplay functionality, but it did not work because the USB cable was broken. Sam then tells me that he is going to generously give me this broken USB cable. Sam also lies to me and tells me that the 2019 ILX has Acuras new and updated TrueTouch infotainment operating system (it does not). Obviously, I walked out at this point. The next morning, I receive a text that says that they have the updated Costco pricing on the vehicle that I wanted (attached photo for proof). Such a coincidence, that they get that updated pricing the day after I leave! Anyways, do not shop here unless youve really done your research; they will straight up lie to you. Do not work with Sam Shiekh or David Kim; both are actually pieces of trash.
I have a 2014 RDX and since I purchased it I have been taking it to Ball Acura in National City for service. From day 1 I have had the pleasure of working with Ernie Preciado in the service department. He’s a great guy and is always there for me and my car! Ernie makes me feel welcome always and 100% has an honest approach. He lets me know what’s needed and how to best spread out the work by priority. One visit I had with him was because I needed to replace a brake light and wasn’t sure how to access the light without damaging something. Ernie did it for me right on the spot! I love that he has such a positive attitude and always has his sense of humor ready! He communicates with me while I’m waiting on my car and goes over everything so I understand it all! Acura has been nothing but great to me but Ernie Preciado in service goes above and beyond always! Go see him if your car needs service....I highly recommend him! It’s always a pleasure to see Ernie! Acura is fortunate to have such a good guy in their team!! Thank you Ernie!!!!
Worst sales service. I asked 2018 TLX 2.4 with technology package for 3 year lease. Their quote is $3,000 down payment with $559 + tax monthly payment. Total payment for 3 years is $22,565, while its MSRP is about $37,000. But they claimed that is the best deal you will see in California. It looks like they dont want to sell a car.
Been going to Acura since 8 years, my family bought 3 cars from Ruben Armas. Best customer service we ever gotten. Give them props for the hard work dedication they go thru. The waiting room is always looking neat and clean. The restrooms are always clean. I have been impressed with the knowledge with Ruben Armas and his team. Thank you for everything. I was looking for a place to buy a car, everyone closes by 7pm but I work till 8pm when I first call ball acura they told that they will wait for me even know I was planning to arrive almost 8:20 long story short I got the car with no rush the saleman was friendly and took his time to go over the vehicle with me to make sure I understood the new technology.I recommend ball acura to everyone looking for a late night deal.ask for Oscar and Greg they work for Honda but I guess ball acura is own by the same family of ball honda
Poor quality of work with the Service Department.1. Had tires rotated, went home with wrong Lug Nuts.2. Replaced cabin air filter and improperly reinstalled glove compartment.3. 90% of the time, after service is done car will have grease handprints and stain in the interior.4. Advised battery was ok, 1 week later, battery went dead at home.5. After recall service, car sustained interior scratch. They offered to replace but wrote a report that its customers fault.6. Service manager JP rude to customers.Just an advice, pls point out your cars condition prior to work. Or better yet, go somewhere else.

I returned my end of the lease car 3 weeks ago and now I am reconforta calls from Acura financial saying this Delara hip never report the car returned, I try to call them and they only have a voice mail the manager of the dealership don’t even answer
