I wanted a different car to play it safe and he said he would let me choose that one if I wanted but then he said What if I could get you into something Better? And sure enough he did ! This ended up being my choice and I am sure I am happy with it! I wrote this review three months late to get to know my car and see if theres hassles and this works fine ! I got an 2002 Audi A4 from here back in 2012. The car was in great condition being the year it was. The entire experience was very laid back, and non rushed at all. Soon as you walk in the door, they treat you like family. I had an issue with the engine right after I picked it up and brought it back. They took it to their shop and everything was good. Later, one of my wipers broke off. Being that its an Audi, all the parts are weird and I didnt want to do it my self. Took it back to them and got it fixed that same day with nothing out of my pocket. Since then, I have referred a few of my friends and they were more than happy to help them out. They love the cars that they got from here. There is nothing but quality at this place, regardless of the year the car was made. They dont rush you into buying a car like most dealers, either you like what they got, or you dont. No worries. Really great with military too.

Save your money and buy somewhere else. Bought a car here a while ago from a friends recommendation. Lost a friend after this purchase it was for the best through. The owner said hed cut me a good deal. Once the car is yours its yours. Cant stop anyone from buying a Car make sure your alright with your purchase. Theyre not going to help you afterwards. But I trusted the owner and my friend. Got the car. Got a call a week later Saying I need to buy something else attached to the car. Completely a lie. They said just add it to your credit card, wasnt going to happen. Also told by military friends this place is Black Listed. They say there military friendly, There nice to you up until you buy a car after that they couldnt care what happens to your car. Make sure you buy a car with someone who has experience. Now that I think of it I paid quite a bit for a car with high mileage and later the car has problems. My eagerness to buy a car is what hurt me. There is no good deal here.

I purchased a car from Jay, and I thought he was this great, friendly, treats you like family kind of guy when I bought it. When I test drove the car, the air conditioning worked. When I went back a week later to buy the car, the a/c didnt work. I took Jays word when he said he would fix it and he was sure it was a minor fix. (I know, I should have gotten something in writing from him) So I bought the car and after taking the car back 4 times over a period of 3 months to get the a/c fixed he said it was going to cost too much and he cant fix it. That really says something about his character, or lack thereof. Hes good at talking you into things you dont want to do. He is a car dealer after all. No matter how much it sounds like hes hooking you up, he is still a car dealer and in the business to make money. I learned my lesson and Im writing a review to ensure everyone knows what has happened.
