I love target drive up. The staff is very nice and i feel safer staying in my car because of covid. Even if Covid wasnt a thing its nice to be able to come and go without the hazzle of getting off.

Pick up was easy and your agents were, and are very nice, always. Thank you for that, as I have experienced other stores which have terrible customer service / curb side pick up. Make sure you let your agents know that they did a fantastic job, and that they were courteous. Your app is a little confusing, but ultimately I figured it out.

Probably the worst target ever. Came in for sunglasses and a wallet and walked out with nothing after looking at these sections. Luckily for me I was at the mall and was able to purchase them somewhere else. Plenty of employees hanging around that could of probably cleaned up the mess.

We go here regularly because it’s close. The remodel was really nice but the bathrooms are usually pretty dirty and there is never ever enough people working to help you when you need or at cashiers. I go to target for an experience and pay more for that so you’d think they’d have better service.

The customer service at one particular Target last night was SO good. Target is always great because its clean, the app is great, the RedCard is great, etc. But the customer service experience I had was awesome.It was Target in Plaza Bonita (Chula Vista, CA). It was 9pm on a Tuesday, they were closing in 30 minutes, and I was SO tired and Im sure the employees were also so tired. I was looking for a particular item that the computer system showed was there, but I couldnt find it on the floor.When I found an employee, she stopped whatever she was doing and spent 5+ minutes looking it up for me, helping me search for it on the floor, checking in the back, asking her lead about it, and then came out and genuinely remorsefully explained to me why it looked like it was in stock but actually wasnt.Then, I waited forever in the checkout line (maybe 10 minutes), but when I got to the front, the employee at the check stand was also SO nice. She saw some of my items and asked if I was moving, and then we had a nice, quick, genuine conversation about it. She was so pleasant.THEN, I paid with my Target app and as soon as I paid, I saw that I could have had an extra 20 percent off my whole purchase (and it was a solid little purchase) but hadnt clicked on the offer in time. The person at check out said it was too late for her to do anything, but I could go to customer service and they could take the 20 percent off.THENNN, I went to customer service and asked about this. The employee there said that the only way I could use the 20 percent off offer is if I returned everything, and then re-bought it. When she said it, I thought eh, what a hassle and she probably doesnt want to do all that. Well, turns out she was simply asking me if I was down with that, because it seems like she was intending to do that for me as long as I was willing to stand there for a few minutes while she went through this process. She was totally kind throughout the whole thing, and was even stoked for me saving $20ish dollars on my purchase. Keep in mind, theyre closing in like 15 minutes at this point. Im extra tired at this point. But this employee, along with the rest of them, was SO kind and helpful and pleasant. Made my night. All of these people deserve raises, and to have the best lives ever.Massive thanks to these three awesome people who were working at the Plaza Bonita Target at 9pm on Tuesday, March 23, 2021!

I went to every target, Walmart, Best Buy and Office Depot today. Alexander in electronics was the ONLY person who actually helped me. This was my last hope. He did something different, he walked in the back to check. Wow! Customer service!!! He found me the one printer you had in stock. I didn’t care the cost I bought it for the simple fact that he SERVICED me. Please thank him for me.

I bought a Brand New Wine Cooler Fridge and had no help with it at store from the shelf that it was on to cashier and then to my car. No one asked if we needed help with it either. Then to find out when I got home and unboxed it that it was bent on the back by the compressor. It was the only one at Plaza Bonita location. So I called Rancho SD store cuz they had one in stock and they held it for me until I arrived on same day only to find out that it was an open box not a new one. So I decided not to get it in case it was a return or defective one. I asked to return the defective one I had but they couldnt do it cuz I had to return it to original store cuz of Targets return policy on same day purchase. I couldnt exchange or return it to a store that had it in stock either which was Mission Valley location.This is very inconvenient for customers especially since this item is very heavy. You would think a Multi Billion dollar company like Target could do a better job for their customers but not in this case. Very disappointed cuz it took most of my day to finally get another one. Plus they only offered a 5% discount for the inconveniences.

The process from start to finish very smooth and timely. In-stock / availability of products very important. Excellent Customer Service check in.

Told at the entrance that Face Shield that meets CDC requirements is no long expectable as face covering. Manager or someone named Loren told employee to not let me in. Face covering must be cloth & cover the whole mouth. Been wearing one for months and CDC approved. I like your stores because they are always well stocked and much cleaner than others but I will now have to go to Walmart & others to avoid your face police.

Ive never seen so many security cameras in my life. But, apparently their experience says they need them. Sad.

This Target is the closest to me, but its really not that convenient. The selection isnt all that great, as it gets picked over quickly. The employees all seem bothered, or annoyed whenever you ask any question. There is a short security officer that works there that must have been a Chihuahua in a previous life, as he is also small, but barks like a big dog. Long lines, rude customer service, and managers who ignore any complaints that they get. I even wasted my time contacting their corporate offices only to be told that they would direct the concerns to a store manager. How is that logical? Oh we have terrible staff and management? Rather than doing something about it, lets forward the concern to their attention so they can also ignore it! Genius! If you are looking for something that the site or their apps state is in this store, chances are you wont find it. If you have to visit a Target, I would recommend going to a different one.

I just had another wonderful experience while I was shopping today. The staff is always friendly, attentive and helpful. The store is always clean and neat so its worth it to me to drive a bit of a distance to shop here.

I usually enjoyed going to Target rather than Walmart due to the Customer Service. Lines were fast, lots of cashiers and there was always an employee at various departments willing to help. NOT ANYMORE!!There are only 3 lanes open with lines going around the corner. One of those lines being self serve.

I like this Target, everything seems well organized inside, also like the popcorn they sell by the register, the Starbucks is not that good, had it twice and it tasted burnt and parking can be hard to find I rather park far away and walk.

I generally bring my pup with me to most targets I go to. I was here two days ago with my dog and wasnt even the only dog in the store. Today we werent allowed to enter.

Lots of empty shelves. It looks like theyre going out of business. I got tired of searching for everything and went to look for help. I saw a supervisor laughing it up with four other people. One glanced at me when I approached but no costumer attention. I figure if the supervisor is chilling in the aisle holding court, I can assume help is not on the way. I left. Theres one on Broadway thats much nicer. I thought this one would be ok because its in the mall. But I found it a bit ghetto and not worth the stop. True story...

Went in to purchase Star Wars merchandise for Triple Force Friday and found almost nothing in stock. Associates at this location were no help and more concerned with their own conversation. Long lines at the registers and self-checkout, no new registers opened at all to alleviate wait time.

Ordered stuff for a baby shower on line, was super easy to find registry, super easy to see what was available, then i walked into the front of the store and walked out with my stuff in less than 5 minutes! amazing!! will def do that again!

Want to give zero stars nor want to give any stars at all. Very disappointed with their service. Very unprofessional.I was shopping for clothes and was trying them on in their fitting room, sales lady keep knocking to say they were checking if the room was occupied. After several knocks, I told them its occupied. She said to hurry up because they have a line outside.I have worked in retail and never have told a customer to hurry up when they are trying on clothes. I dont know who trained that girl but she does not have the right attitude working in retail. I am shopping elsewhere from now on and will tell my friends not to shop in this store.

There always has been a Target in any area I lived at. The associates are always nice & very helpful. Also, I usually can find merchandise I like & need at a reasonable price

I love Target, and youll expect the same items at this Target as youll find at other locations. This one has a Starbucks inside, and also a Cafe. The Health & Beauty section is nice, but the makeup aisles are usually out of stock. This is probably because of its location and the demographics. We wear a lot of makeup in this neighborhood, especially mascara. The Cards & Gifts have some great finds. But what is that smell outside of the store? If you can get past the stink outside and basically run through the doors to get in, youll be good. Parking may take a while. This Target is always busy.

This Target is conveniently located at the mall and can be good or bad. Bad because sometimes theres a ton of people and good, because sometimes youre at the mall and need to pick up something quick from the store and now you wont need to drive to a Target. Overall a pleasant shopping experience every time I come here.

Its Target.. its not Wal Mart.. nothing else really needs to be said. Just moved to the neighborhood and this is our closest Target. Always clean and well stocked. Open late even though its at a mall.

The quality of your merchandise, it far exceeds Walmart. My trip to Target was for umbrellas. As soon as I walked inside the store, I asked an employee whereere the umbrellas were located. She was busy stocking the dollar shelves nearby the entrance. She stopped stocking the shelves to guide me to where the umbrellas were located. On top of that she answered all of my questions with thought and sincerity and took a moment to demonstrate an umbrella I was unfamiliar with. The day prior, I visited the same Target and was surprised with the customer service on the floor. They were on top of it; calling someone to assist me immediately and checking the backroom for additional stock for a pair of childrens rain boots. Target, was this a fluke or is this really how you do business now? Let me say, you have a loyal customer if this continues. Please emphasize how far great customer service goes with your sales team. The reason why I say this is because you are competing with Amazon. Online, you already know that. I shop online 99% of the time. To walk in your store and receive the kind of customer service I received, will only bring me back in more often. In real estate there is a saying: location, location and location. A nice and clean Target. The Starbucks is the worst. The coffee is always burnt and the tea isnt made right. There is another Starbucks literally just feet from the entrance if Target. If you go up the escalator in front of Target right Infront of the escalator at the top is a real good Starbucks.

I usually dont I have any issues with this store, however, in the mornings customers are encouraged to use self check out. Sometimes but not often one register might be open. However, when I have a lot of items I prefer checking out at a register with a cashier. At the one register that was opened the cashier was spending a tremendous amount of time with a customer about the cost for a box of diapers, even searching thru the sales ad. Having had children of my own, I understand. How about just opening up another register. Sad to say I had to leave the cart, because I wasnt feeling well. Hopefully this particular store can fix this recurring problem.

This target restroom is disgusting( women’s ) . If u ever need to go to the restroom don’t do it here . Large part comes for people picking up after themselves but oh boy was it disgusting. No soap No seat papers Lots of trash Piling

I love the new system to earn points

New location in the mall keeps me from wanting to go there there by saving me money. Old north Chula Vista location I visited several times a week, this one I only go to if I was already in the mall. Why would I want to fight mall traffic if I dont have to. Store is nice once you get there. Bad cell reception as it is under a movie theater.

Everything is neat and organized. There is no wifi or cellular data at the store so make sit impossible to communicate one you are inside.
