The staff is very friendly and very helpful. When asking for a certain type of product they dont automatically reach for the most expensive. I have always had a good experience in this Sallys location!

I came here to buy hair color. A wide variety of choices and good customer service. The lady helped me out choosing the right products. I recommend this place.

Came in today to buy some color for my hair I asked 2 employees if I needed to bleach my hair before I get it to the color I wanted and they said no. They said if I bleached it it would make the color lighter. I should of went with my gut and bought bleach for my hair because I colored my hair and the color I wanted didn’t grab on 😩😩

Cashier is way too slow and forgot the system was not working to update account emails...and caused a huge waste of time.

I came from NY to visit my brother in San Diego for the first time cause hes in the navy and my sister in law drove me to this location because no other Sallys had the deep conditioner I was looking for. I called before we head out to see if they had a certain brand I was looking for and the first Lady did not seem to understand what I was taking about, so she put another lady on the phone and I explained what is was and she did not bother to look. She just said she no, and that they did not carry it. So we decided to still drive there and check for ourselves and what do you know, they had the whole line of the brand I was looking for. They did not say Im sorry, they did not try to make it better and the cashier do not have a name tag and they was just very rude. I will never go to that location again. Smh

Workers are so rude!!!! I needed help buying products instead yelled at my kids for touching a product I was going to buy rude people not recommended!! So sad.

Horrible customer service. All the employees are rude bitches. They dont even try to help you. They have personal conversations and arguments in front of customers. I tried getting help with an item and one of the ladies left me mid-conversation to listen in on a personal call with another employee. Theyve hassled be about returns on new unopened items that were purchased just days ago, as per the receipt. I ask for an item and they dont even try to help me find it. Instead she told me we dont carry that. I looked for myself and found it in their store. Horrible. Id give negative stars if I could.

I called about a certain hair dye and spoke to an employee named Mary. Mary was extremely rude and sounded as if she had something better to do than answer my questions. I will not be going back to this location nor calling for information.
