I needed to pick up a good bottle of red for a date that night.I already knew their extensive collection of IPAs.The employee was friendly and informative and found me a great cabernet that he had tried before and might night went well 👍

So Im rewriting this review because apparently keg & Bottle liquor store is Under New Management and believe me it shows. not only did the prices get better but the quality of customer service is way better. The gentleman who runs it is a new guy his name is Andres really cool guy

They don’t respect the customer they have a short temper and still expect you to give them your business no Walmart sells the alcohol cheaper too

When you’re getting ready to pay they act nice with you but then in there sand monkey language they say something about you they don’t respect the people that come in mostly Mexicans that’s why I don’t go there no more I’m not giving them my money alalalalalalala!!! 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Well I have been going there for years it is like I have never been there before. There is always the excitement of finding out how they will try to rip me off this time. Bring back Joseph and Mike. At least we feel respected.

Best place for refilling your CO2 bottle in the South Bay. While waiting for your fill you can shop an amazing array of craft beers and fine liquor. Friendly helpful staff. What else do you need?

Bought a bottle of bourbon there on a Wednesday enjoyed it so I went back to buy another and they raised the price $200 over the weekend! Good luck selling it now! Price gouging at its finest. Unbelievable

Man the owner here is cool. Its gonna take ten purchases before they stop talking to u like a stranger. Be polite, show respect and ask questions about the liquor. Oh and the man keeps the henny cold!

Hey what you know i was passing by on highland and I took notice of another Keg N Bottle liquid store. There is another one in Sorento Valley i. The food quit my friend Feris ownes it i think he does. But I have been to the Keg N Bottle many of times out by the Tower Nice City of Alexandira Tect smart

The Female Employee was talking on the phone the entire time, didn’t know the stores inventory and simply wasn’t interested in helping me at all. The good news; the parking lot was empty, so it was easy to find a parking spot.

Very good selection. Very knowledgeable staff. Fair prices. No kidding, the best thing about these guys is that even when they were busy stocking the cooler, they still stopped and gave me great recommendations.

Horrible service the guy was on a cell phone and he did not acknowledge me at all and when I wanted to buy a beer he overcharge me by $.50 and I pointed it out to him and didn’t want to change the price so I left . The one on college is so much better

This store has great employees and every kind of liquor you can imagine. Huge walk in beer cooler and most every beer you could ever want. Buzz balls too. Love my liquor store.

I drop by here every now and then to get some hard cider. I only rarely stop here because I believe they overcharge. I used to get the same hard cider at a different keg n bottle location which was half the price. Other than that they have a variety of items to choose from.

Different size bottles were the same price, and you have to ask them for prices.

The 1/6 keg of XX lager was 130 dlls plus tax. Over priced.

Great variety of craft beer, old school malt liquor favorites and lots of liquor options. My favorite section is the walk in cooler where youll find cold six packs and kegs. Overall one of the best liquor stores around.

Rented a jockey box for a party, its a 3 day rental for approx. $60 plus a big deposit. They have a large selection of liquors here along with beer. You can order kegs from them at a competitive price

Why would a place that sells kegs of 394 not get 5 stars!!! wish i filled my CO2 here too. i had got my CO2 from west air just before for $35 and then show up here and dude said he would have filled it for $10! oh well. Hope i save someone else

They sold me a used puff bar and were being sus about it. As soon as I hit it, it gave a weird smell. I called and asked to get a different one and they said yes, so I walked in the store they gave me a hard time for asking for a different one and said “no refunds.”

I rented a jockey box for the weekend and the CO2 bottle was leaking. When I returned it I let them know it did not work and I was not able to use it for a keg I had purchased due to CO2 leaking at the valve stem. I asked for a refund or even a credit because I wasn’t able to use it. They refused and said it wasn’t their problem. That will be the last time I go there.

Joe who works there filled my CO2 tank was very polite and professional in both service and conversation. Btw they have a massive collection of alcohol if you are interested. If they dont have it you dont want it.
