Ashley is an excellent guide in helping decide which ring is right for you or your loved one. We had a great experience here with all of the associates. Highly recommend no matter your budget. I went in with an idea of what I wanted and they helped me find something similar that was even better than I imagined and fit my other piece perfectly.

I normally try not to leave negative reviews, however this is by far the worst experience i have ever received. First I stood in line to be helped for over 45 minutes. The sales associate Christina was very rude. She even skipped over me to help another customer. My 4 year old son attempted to sit in the seat as he had been standing for a while she proceeded to tell him that nobody could sit there unless they were getting their ears pierced. There was nobody in line to get their ears pierced at the time. There was even another child sitting in the same seat prior to my son and she never said a word. I cannot believe how bad this service was at this location. I would recommend that you find another place to search for jewelry as this place does not seem to have the best customer service skills. Once again I would not recommend.

I tried to take my daughter to get her ears pierced and the girl was so rude. I used to love this place, but I really did not like the way the girl treated me! She wouldn’t even show me the different styles, I don’t know why they weren’t on display. Not sure if she was just lazy or having a bad day, but I wouldn’t trust this place to do a good job piercing my child.

Extremely rude and unprofessional!. I waited for over 30 minutes to be helped but was told by the rude woman working there that she was unable to help me with a purchase because she was about to close! I am beyond happy I didnt spend/waste my money. I highly recommend you to go elsewhere where your dollar will be valued and your service will be appreciated.

Customer is HORRIBLE. SO rude and uninviting. Lady with the curly hair did not greet me and ignored me. Rude rude rude dont waste your money on this unworthy place. If you see the lady with the big unruly hair RUN. They dont even deserve one star. The lady saw me standing there for 15 minutes and even when she was doing ABSOLUTELY nothing she still ignored me. Only time she said something to me was when she yelled at me to not touch the glass. The owner needs to check their people. They just lost a customer. THE LADY WITH THE UNRULY NEEDS TO BE FIRED. SO DISRESPECTFUL!!

A wait of an hour to buy a gold chain.When she finished, she did not help us and began to clean everything with the excuse of Covid19.with which I agree to clean, but the attitude of not wanting to serve us was horrible.they should put more staff.Bad bad service

I was referred to this store for service. As I went up I was told I had 2 people in front of me. After waiting 20 min a man walked up and was helped before me. Christina told The other employee I was next and he said “ they could wait“ as he continued to help the next person. As I waited to be helped at the store i still had others go infront of me. When he finally helped me he could not even show me what I needed to look at. I told him never mind and asked Christina for his name to call about him and she refused to give me his name. My 3 yr old niece had her ears pierced. The young lady and young man behind the counter were so patient and kind. They were very professional. They took the necessary precautions on cleanliness and explained everything along the way.

I have shop at the store since the 1980s.I had great customer service there. My God change broke within a 40 day period and they replaced for me for free. I should have purchase the warranty but I did not. The manger still was nice enough to replace iy

My last visit the employee was not helpful at all. I asked for a product seen on line, he told me if you saw it on line we wont carry it here. And walked away

This young lady that pierced my grand daughter was great. She was patience, nice, playful and entertaining with my little one. It was her first piercing. Definitely recommend this place and this young lady😊

Kinda slow but they did a great job with my 7yr old daughter.

Would give 0 stars if i could this company doesnt care about loyal customers who come to them. I bought a necklace and the insurance incase it broke ..it ended up breaking and i brought it back to exchange it they had someone there who didnt onow how to find me in the system and ended up turning me away without my new chain which i had insurance for this exact reason.. i called the manager from el cajon who found me in the system and everything then told me to drive there which is a 25 min drive from the one im standing at when he could of told the person there how to find me this company is a joke and im calling corporate on them

Had to wait to get acknowledged. Worst customer service. Came in to exchange necklace that broke they didnt have it the store .They said they would call me as soon as they found one never got call back I had to call back week later and still no answer.

The woman that pierced our granddaughters ears was amazing, kind and made the baby and parents feel good and comforted.
