I could vouch for the reviews who say customer service isn’t good, the old fellow is a lunatic, grumpy and rude . Never acknowledges the customer, you can say hello really loud to his face and he’ll ignore you ; or act like he’s doing something . Plenty of water places around, don’t know why my parents still come here . I guess it’s convenient but they are now switching it up to a different place . I’ve been coming here since I was 5, I’m now 26 . Moved away from San Diego for 3 years, came back and nothing has changed . For those who own a business, they know that customer service is key .

That old guy is not only scary but grumpy and rude. This is definitely not how a business should be operated. However for what I saw, most customers were putting up with it!?

Worst tasting water Ive ever gotten from a water store. Tastes like filtered tap water not reverse osmosis. They dont even have a power wash to rinse out your bottle. Ill never go back. You shouldnt either.
