Changing oil takes over 2 hours was ridiculous. Just an oil change man… I would recommend you to go Carlsbad.

Diagnostics being done to my car...My car next to Silver SUV, on the right...Car was like that most of the day... looks like nothing being done. Its only been there since Sunday ...Was told it would be done by 5:00pm today. No call... Nothing!Guess that 1.5 hr labor job is gonna take a little while longer...Maybe tomorrow???

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE .Took my car to to get checked coz I received a onstar diagnostic. I asked if it’s under warranty. They said that they gonna check it first before they can tell me if it’s under warranty before they do anything they will call me first. But they will make you sign the paper that they gonna do it anyway since you signed it. Watch out for that or NEVER EVER BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE so you won’t get that experience.

Dont take your car here. Made an appointment for an oil change, still sitting here 2 hours and 45 minutes later. Im sure their work is as terrible as their time management, wonder what kind of breaker bar Im going to need to get my drain plug off next time
