Very thankful I came by here and addressed my issues with Adam. I had my vehicle done elsewhere where we had major issues all the time. Instead of addressing the issues this other shop would just upgrade you and you paid the difference. Once I made it to Ronnies Electronics and met Adam I knew there was something different. The conversations and questions that arose were completely different you can see their knowledge difference between the two businesses. Adam had given me his personal recommendation on how to attack the issue and 1 year later we have no issues. He had installed a DSP in my vehicle and even tuned it twice for me to make sure my satisfaction was achieved. Thank you Adam and crew !!

First off thank you Adam and the staff at Ronnies Electronics. Everything was absolutely fantastic from head to toe. This is my second custom box in my vehicle and third set up for it. My most recent purchase is now a DD 9518 in a custom enclosure they painted to match my vehicles color and wrapped to match my grey interior. I was searching for a tire shop open on Christmas Eve and guys at Autoland were able to help me. I must say these are nice honest people that work there. I brought my own performance tires and asked them if they could mount and balance them for me. The person who helped me did not have any problems helping me out even though I was not purchasing tires from them. He charged me just regular rate for mount and balance. I would recommend them to my friends.

Ronnie is definitely head & shoulders over any owner run business, I ever met. He’s personally on the floor & around the shop providing friendly, professional service to customers. I should know firsthand based on my personal experience with his business there in National City. He’s a very humble person yet treat everyone respectfully and with integrity.Recently, I had to pay him a visit because I had a problem with the remote auto locks they had installed 16 years ago. Hey, time flies n I don’t like new vehicle payments. Since then, this was either the 2nd or 3rd time I had issues with the auto lock system.Now I don’t know the guy personally. AndI probably been to his shop only a handful of times.Yet each time out of the few times I deal with him. He comes across as a guy like you have known all your life.So every time I take my truck in so he can check out those auto locks.(3 times, at least) I know the 2 last times he just took my word for it concerning a purchase receipt. And each time he had his crew checkout the problem then solve it, etc. He would hand me the keys after fixing everything, & wouldn’t even charge a penny. Thank God because I need all the breaks I can get. And even if he did, I would be ok with that because they took the time & trouble in working on it.Know I’m not sure if he does this with everyone or whats his policy on this. But this is just my experience like I said before. Not many people would be this lenient but then again people like this are hard to come by. Thanks Ronnie- I feel like I owe you. I been messing with Ronnie since 1988 most amazing stereo shop in southern California. I had them build me a 4th order box sub sound 5 times louder and cleaner. I still want louder might have to rebuild my system again just because of all the new products he been getting more efficient and louder and lighter. Do not buy anything here. They will sell you used products and wont honor any promises that they made you. I went in to buy an amplifier ask them if they can install it and they told me that they would install it for free if I were to buy it I told him I was just there looking but that I would be in the next morning to buy my problem was I was leaving out of town that same morning I went in to buy the amplifier but could not have them install it cuz like I said I was going out of town when I got home and opened up the box that app has smudges there was a residue around the RCA plugs and the void sticker in the back was rubbed on pretty good like wherever they had it at it rubbed the sticker. I told myself no biggie they are a CT Sound distributor and I got a one year warranty on it and if anything happens to the app I could take it back. So when I got back into town they were closed so I decided to install that myself but when I went back for their promise as they told me that they will set the amp in my car and put all the settings were they need to be they told me that they couldnt do it that I had to pay for it they wouldnt honor their promise that they made me when they made the sale. Like I said I would not recommend anybody buying anything from these people unless you want to buy used products paying full retail price
