Everytime I come here I always get excellent service from the young ladies here. I’m here every so often that once they see me in line, they already have my order ready. I come here every week for my milk chocolate chip cookies, and these cookies are the best and I’ll keep coming back for more. A little tip that goes a long way is that you can ask them to warm up your cookies and it tastes like it was fresh out of the oven.

My daughter wanted nothing more than the Mrs. Fields cookie cake for her 8th birthday she had seen on display. I called over 24hrs before and placed my order with, “Red”. She was so thorough it took about 15 minutes just for me to continually tell her, “just like the display”. The day my order was to ready for pickup. I get a call about 3.5 hrs earlier from Desiree who nonchalantly tells me, the decorator will not be there until after 5, instead of picking up my cookie cake at 3 for a 4pm party I could pick it up at 7. No apology for the inconvenience, nothing.In service... minor details go a long way. All those details were missed from the rude way these employees answer the phone, down to scheduling. What’s a party to an 8yr old with no cake? No big deal, the service was terrible from the start and my favorite cookies, chocolate chip walnut have been discontinued. Never again
