This place truly deserves 5-stars! Fast service, high quality. We had a slight problem with what we ordered and they immediate fixed it. David, the owner, really has that shop running smooth and efficient. Mathew our salesman was friendly customer polite, and knew his product and their shops capabilities inside and out. It was a pleasure coming here and we will for sure be back!

I can’t tell you enough how amazing my customer was with Jewelry Mart!I’ve shopped around to get custom name plate necklaces and I was blown away with their price and quality of the jewelry! All high end and very affordable!I got 4 rings, 2 custom name necklace plates, a chain and spent half of the price I would’ve paid elsewhere!!!Magdalena was very sweet and knowledgeable! She is amazing at sales cause I can’t stop thinking about the diamond band I was eyeing. I have been shopping here since I was in Junior high school. My dad bought my first ring from here many years ago. David has always been my go to... I send as many people there way as I can. They have great prices and they have a huge assortment to choose from. If they dont have it they will make it.

The quality of repairs is low. Ive made repairs to my own jewelry and have done better by far. Had a necklace fixed properly whilst my ring was fixed improperly with the centerpiece off center and in its setting off axis. If it involves epoxy, Id recommend to do it yourself.

Jewelry Mart is the ONLY store we use for our jewelry needs. They go above and beyond for their clients. In fact, Laila saved the day at my wedding, she is my hero!!!! My husband worked with Dave to create my spectacular unique wedding ring. l receive compliments on it daily! We do not live locally but have made special trips to the west coast just for Dave at Jewelry Mart to pierce our daughters ears. Upon entering the National City Price Breaker you wonder if you made the right choice, for high end and modern jewelry, however I will tell you Jewelry Mart is the only choice. They have been honest and dependable in every transaction. I have been a customer of Jewelry Mart since 1997. I live out of state, but visit often. Many times I take a photo of a piece that I like high end or low end and Dave will beat the price and send it to me. I have also had several custom pieces made including including engagement ring. Some of the custom pieces I and others have worn in movies and in an Amazon TV series that we are on. Jewelry Mart is amazing when it comes to jewelry and watch repairs. I have and will continue to send them my family and friends, none of which have ever been let down.

I never do reviews for just any business for no reason, but on my own experience on this store really something to talk about, my wife visited this great store and then an accident happened, one of the diamonds on my wife’s ring fell off accidentally. My wife was so nervous that she acted like, you now....But the owner acted like a hero and tried to comfort my wife. They are truly honest and reliable. I recommend this place! .Thank you so much. Cant talk Jewelry Mart up enough, David is awesome to deal with, great prices and service. 3 days before Christmas, David found me a great diamond and custom pendant with diamond cut solid chain and was a man of his word, it was done when expected and will be back for more great jewelry. My husband bought my engagement rings from Bobby and David. He came in with a rough diamond and they custom made my ring. I love my ring. Great design. Unfortunately, a small side stone fell out twice, both times same stone. Thankfully both times we found the stone and Bobby was happy to fix it for free. Apparently its a pressure set stone and you have to be careful not to hit the ring very hard or it can cause the stones to possibly come out. That particular setting looks the best but sometimes isnt the most sturdy. Now I know and try to baby the ring as much as possible. We came back for the wedding band. Wanted a custom made piece to fit the engagement ring, but David showed me a few off the shelf that he could make work with my current ring. He sized my engagement ring and sautered it to my wedding band. I just love the how they both look together. I would go back to these brothers again and have been referring my friends. Dont let the location scare you away. Its inside a Bizarre type building, first counter on your right. I would have given 5 stars but the whole stone falling out twice kept me from doing that.

Over the weekend I bought a gold necklace from another jeweler because they didnt have a gold bracelet available, and not to say any names....*cough cough* Daniels, I was going to have the staff here cut it into a bracelet for my mother, just to find out that it was silver with gold plating and that I had paid a little over price for it. Magdalena was an incredible help in finding me an actual gold bracelet for my mother and gave me an amazing price for it. I would definitely recommend this store to anybody anyday. 👍Now Im off the Daniels to raise a little hell on their staff for lying and tomorrow Ill be back here to look at something for myself 😎

I highly recommend Jewlery Mart, we have been buying from Dave for years—My husband bought my engagement ring there and had it custom made (they do fabulous custom designs!)!! Now our grown kids shop with them! Even when we moved we still traveled back to The jewlery Mart!! They are super honest, professional, great prices, excellent repairs, beautiful one of a kind pieces and can make any custom designs you wish of! “Jewlery Mart” is truly the best jewelry store hand down !!!!

The best place for all your jewelry needs. I have been going to Jewelry Mart for years. No other place can come near their pricing, quality, selection, especially their customer service and expertise on jewlery. David has always treated me just as important, if not more then the fine jewlery they have on display.

I took a pair or white gold earrings with little diamons all around to get fixes the little clip. This was a few months ago. I just notice that they took almost all my diamonds and covered up with design so you dont notice. ..the 4 little diamonds stones left look yellow ugly. They are thief..... I dont have a receipt and I cant prove I took them there.....

The hours, customer service, work quality, sel;ection, and promtpness of service can not be beaten in this region.

This was the last stop after a long line of disappointments. As soon as I entered the door I was pleasantly greated and found exactly what I was looking for and for less than I was expecting! I will return.
