I visited way past 10pm but the place was still very busy. Drive thru line spilled into the highway and walk-in line was huge as well. The staff there looked like they were doing their best to serve everyone quickly. The food was cheap and delicious; everything was made fresh per order. We got the food in 15 min and sat at the table outside. I guess you should prepare to stand in line amongst a busy crowd but other than that it was a good experience.

Nasty nasty and nasty, Soggy sticky buns, old wilted lettuce with to much cheese, fry’s were under cooked, just plain out bad service, maybe overpaying the employment! No sauce! Hot chocolate ok! My dog wouldn’t even eat this!!! It’s like it came right out of the microwave.

First visit. Had lunch with a friend who was happy to repeat her prior experiences with this chain. My cheeseburger had really nice toppings: fresh tomato and a full piece of leaf lettuce--not chopped up sketchy iceberg! Fries were good, medium thickness and not greasy. Order line inside was quick, but holy cow the drive through line was never-ending!

If youre craving for a Burger after hours, a midnight snack... this is the place! Youll still have to deal with the obnoxious line in the drive-thru but other then that its all good and super tasty experience. I never order fries here because there not really great, Animal fries with a lot of dressing make it better, but still... Overall, burgers here are worth my time. ♡

Hamburger without patty. Cheeseburger without cheese.Im not sure who made this, but he/she couldnt have been blind. Whoever did this did it deliberately. They put a small piece of patty on top so that it was not immediately noticeable. I realized it only after taking a few bites.Why would anybody do such a thing? is beyond me.

Ive heard for years about how good In-N-Out burgers are and I finally got a chance to try one today. And my opinion of it was...meh. Not that great. A wad of lettuce with an average burger wrapped around it, and the fries were a cardboard-textured disappointment. The employees were super nice, though. but even so I still wish I had back that 33 minutes I spent in the drive thru line.

How can you not love this place..Best burgers ever.

Very busy location. The drive-thru line was backed up to the freeway exit. I had to park and go inside. I asked for them to pack up my 2 burgers for travel and they did 😊. I got the sauce, buns, lettuce, tomatoes and meat with cheese packaged separately, so once I got back to NY I was able to warm it up and prepare them...... Delicious!

Crystal the cashier was very nice and professional. Handled customers during rush like a walk in the park. All the employees taking care of business ensuring customers were taken care of on a timely matter.

I have been a consistent customer since I was a child and in n out continues to remain the superior fast-food joint in SD. Their food is always fresh, warm, and tasty without fail. Customer service is always prompt and courteous and have never had a problem with any employees in my years of coming here.If you are ever stuck in a chic fil a vs. In n out dilemma-- in n out had taken (iirc) 15-30 mins to get a 4x4, shake, and fries on a busy weekend night vs. The wait at chic fil a which had taken 45 mins - 1 hr for 1 spicy chicken sandwich.Both places had employees working hard however, in n out remains king in efficiency, quality, and consistency.

Food was good as always, but I was pleased to see that the lines to order inside were not long at all. My order was taken within 5 minutes of entering the restaurant and less than 10 minutes later I had my food. I ordered the 3x3 Flying Dutchman, Animal Style fries and a Neapolitan Shake. For my wife I ordered the single cheeseburger and regular fries.

Wonderful burgers. Its a shame their fries are not as spectacular on comparison.If you want a quick delicious burger this is the place. Plus they only have 3 burgers to choose from so no analysis paralysis.This is awesome since you dont have to wade through a dictionary of burgers to choose something to eat you just go in and then out.

This location is pretty much always busy. Prepare yourself to wait. But, the food and prices are great.The Blue Line trolley station is just a block away if you dont want to drive here.

Quality burgers and fries! Never lousy or soggy... Animal style fries and animal style 3x3 cheeseburger always does it for me! Its worth the wait! We were In-N-Out in about 10mins so dont get discouraged by the lines...(theres two of them too). I heard their shakes are pretty good too so I will definitely update this post when I finally try them out.

In-N-Out is classic California. Theyve adapted well to the pandemic with minimal changes. Theyve switched to ketchup packets and staff- served drinks (and even managed a hygienic way to provide refills on request, again, served by staff with a fresh cup). Theres no indoor dining, but seating is still available outside and the drive-through is packed but moves quickly. And the food, fortunately, remains the same.Three cheers for In-N-Out!

Weeellll this place was tooo popular at 12:45pm and I didn’t have the time to wait in the drive through long line or stand in line inside. I thought going in would be faster but people were lined up there, too…. So I’m giving you the benefit of the doubt that you’re so great, because it was so Packed!

Although it was busy, food came out very fast. The only thing I didnt like was the fries. I understand they are fresh cut fries but the size was small and crunchy.

The worst visit I have ever had there. I ordered 2 burgers one with cheese, no onions and one with no cheese with onions, but only received one burger. The meat was very over cooked (burned) There was onions on it. Good if you like charcoal and raw onion. Not if you like tender beef without onion and asked for cheese. The hot pepper that normally comes with my order was not in the bag. I dont go here very often making it normally a treat. Today it was worthless. Probably wont go here for a while. Maybe go to the in and out somewhere else. Hopefully it was an isolated mistake. Maybe there was an order for a burned puck with onions. Still better than that place across the road that serves shoe leather.

Another cult classic. Who doesnt love in n out? I order the double double protein style extra lettuce with chopped yellow peppers on the burger & fries lightly well done with two packs of spread on the side. When Im working I try to do just the burger so I dont get a food coma. When Im hungover the full meal is a good fix, bread, soda and all. But hands down best fries in town. Damn, now I want in n out.

I think this location should shut down and finish off the drive thru cause we waited for 35 42 minutes after 8pm thinking dinner rush would be there guess again.. should also consider taking payment only debitcard or Credit cards after we place the order Jack in the box has that option and the line went very smooth and less stress on your employees 😉 😀 just saying I appreciate all the hard work yesterday 👍

Full of people! Long line of cars for take-out and still get a welcoming smile from the cashiers. First time fir my 8-yr old granddaughter and she loved it.

I really like In-N-Outs burgers. Since 2001, theyve been consistently delicious. The thing is though, the waiting time is always long. The drive thru is even longer. Ive gone to buy food and waited 45 minutes for an order. This one I waited 10 minutes, so not as bad. The only thing I dont like is that there is nothing to separate the burgers from each other. The melted cheese and sauce from one burger sticks to another burgers baggie when the burger is on top. So you end up with a mess inside. There should really be a container like which is used for the McDonalds Big Mac. Also, the fries are cold by the time I get the order because of the wait.

Food is delicious and perfect service at the window but you guys should have more control of traffic they almost got in a fight because after an hour of waiting at the curve this guy just cuts in in front of everyone and the guy that takes orders just took his order like nothing happened and of course everyone was so upsetNeeds more people out there or a security

If you are in Cali then this is the spot by far some of the best burgers. Its located right off the 5 fwy. Easy access with drive thru access as well. It has lots of parking front side and backside. Get your fries animal style. If your looking for a low carb then get your burger protein style wrap around a lettuce instead of bread.

Considering the very long line of cars starting at the freeway exit for the drive thru, the wait was not long at as expected. Order takers were friendly and patient. Cashier charged me with a smile. Delivery of food was given and thanked me for my visit. They even gave me ketchup and In N Out Sauce. Food was as fresh as could be when I got home to eat. Delicious!

Simple good burgers, honestly they are NOT the best in the world but theyre cheap I believe thats the reason why theyre so popular, I had to clarify that, but I like it, I like the flavor cause is tasty, what I dont like are the fries, idk why but theyre hard, dry and flavorless... The milk shakes are awesome!

I know most IN N Outs are always busy but this one is extra slow. Others dispatch you alot faster. Ive came twice here.

In N Out always hits the spot. My only issue today was, one of the workers was not wearing her mask! Im no stickler but.. Maam, please put on your mask. Vaccinated or not. Especially handing food during this pandemic. Other than that, my family was happy to see that i got them in n out! And thats what In N Out does to my family, it makes us happy. The only fast food restaurant that doesnt make me feel guilty about eating fast food. Its a family tradition. Like clock work, every sunday!

Been a huge fan of in n out for years, my food was good just not what i ordered. I ordered 3x2 animal style but i received a regular 3x2. I shouldve checked the bag when they handed it to me but i forgot. The food was still great though. This is first time this has ever happened to me at a INOB.

First time trying this place. Im not sure what all the hype is about. With a 30 car deep line, I expected more. The fries were probably the worst Ive ever had fun a fast food chain. The burger was just okay, nothing special and my strawberry shake was ok.

In-N-Out burgers are delicious and definitely worth the wait. It was 3pm when I went and there was still and line and no place to sit. Make sure to try it animal style if you like that thousand island flavored sauce and caramelized onions.For the burger and the environment is 5 stars. Hard to give 5 stars overall because their fries just fall short to complete the meal. Even if you get it animal style it just wont save the fries.

I was pleasantly surprised for a fast food joint. Living on the east coast but being in the military I typically hear about places like this and they get over hyped. It was really pretty good for a fast food restaurant.

Every single time I order from here, they somehow manage to mess up my order. To be fair I do ask for off menu things, like grilled onions and chopped chilies, but wouldnt you be annoyed when you order a double hamburger, and get a single?
