2 weeks to get glasses that I was told would take 2 days. Never buying from here again.

I agree with the previous review from Bob ZR1, the employees here are nice as long as you are buying something, or if they see you have genuine interest in a product. In any other circumstance they are rude and cold. Last year early Oct 2017 I went in to buy a pair of sunglasses for my husbands birthday. I ended up choosing a pair of Ray-bands Ferrari special editions, ended up spending a little over $300 with taxes included. I specifically asked the lady helping me that in case my husband didnt like them if we can bring them back and exchange for another pair. Absolutely she said, just make sure you complete the exchange within 90 days of purchase and the product free of damage, i.e. scratched. Two weeks later his birthday comes around, during the time I kept the glasses in its original case inside the store bag in my car glove-box compartment. Day of his birthday arrives, I give him his present, he didnt really liked them and wanted to see what other options there were at the store. We drove to the store the same day, told the lady we where there to exchange the glasses for another pair, the lady took the bag with the glasses still in the original box and gave the bag to another employee who was standing at the register. Then the lady proceeded to entertain us by having us look at the other options in the shelf that my husband could try on. Then all of the sudden the lady at the register yells out that we couldnt exchange them because the glasses where scratched. I was shocked! I told them that we never even got the glasses out of the box until the night before when I gave them to my husband for his birthday. But she was more worry about the scratch than listening to me. I felt completely cheated and taken advantage at this store by these two ladies. The two of them acted very suspicious during the whole situation, and the fact that one of them distracts you while the other person takes your glasses behind the register without telling you they are going to check for scratch makes you think if they have this thing down to a play. While one of them distracts you the other makes a tiny scratch so you are not able to make the exchange or return the product. Im sure this is not a Sunglass Hut company policy, but because of shady employees like these at this particular store they lost a loyal customer who have purchase all of his sunglasses from this company for the past 20 years.

Walked in to browse. Young lady with long brown hair with highlights did the customary, “Can I help you” and when I told her I was browsing, she decided to just step back 5 feet, stare, and watch me. Did not let me look at anything without being literally next to me and intensely watching me. Thanks for racially profiling and assuming I’m going to steal. Will not come back.

Theyre nice when you buy but theyre not when you come back have a problem with the product you got, when i bought my sunglasses they said that they adjusted it for me, few days later i came back the other employee said we cannot adjust this sunglasses (non adjustable product!!!), i didnt ask for return but they offered me half the price in few days and said there are some scratches which I cant find... they gave me that sunglasses from the shelf so it was dispay unit, not sure if the scratches they only can see it from me or no!, I paid $288 for it, i swear i dont care about it, i trusted this company for years but not anymore, dont buy from this store, lack of experience and customer service, find another store or company...

Im a glasses junkie. If there Is a new design Im all in. I love how this place Carries new things and has great prices.
