Horrible customer service, they have no quality control. The items sold were not the correct size. I purchased a smaller window, they gave me a pick up date when I picked it up they said it was not really, and pushed the date out a week then again another week. At the end the window was not the correct size! I tried to contact them and have the window fix to the correct purchased size, but nobody cares about the complaint and they do not take any responsibility. They do not care about customer satisfaction. I will never go back to that place again!

Stopped to have a piece of glass cut ended up having them install a glass shower door.Loved it! They came the next day to measure, it’s a weird size and not the best tile job they were working with. So great to work with and the installers were awesome!!! Clean, courteous, quick and professional!

I dont like writing bad reviews but they deserve it.1) They never go back to me after I gave them the go ahead. I had to track them down twice. From first call to finishing the job took 3 weeks2) They charged $160 to replace a 8 x 10 piece of glass3) One of them showed up without a mask and I had to give him one4) The tempered glass shattered all over the inside and outside balcony of our bedroom. It took me over an hour after they left to make sure all the glass was gone.I have told the contractor that recommended them about the terrible job and they will not be recommended again

The Owner Joe Arias slightly hit my bumper while visiting my office building and was photographed by my neighbors. It was slight and small deep scratch on chrome. My truck was new so called him and left messages never got back to me. Would not trust anyone that avoids situations like this.

Stopped by to get some delicate glass work dont. They did a great job. Thank you. I will be back when i remodel my bathroom.

My dad needed to have a 36x48 glass window replaced on his home of over 50 years. I called Custom Glass Specialties because they were close to my dads home in National City. I called CGS & talked with Korina at the end of the business day on Tuesday; then called her in the morning the next day to confirm when someone would be coming out to the house. She said she would send someone out as they would become available in between jobs. She did call me in the afternoon to let me know that a window tech was on his way to the house. Santos, the window tech, arrived as scheduled. He took the original aluminum sliding window frame out of the house and to his truck. In less than an hour, he had the glass cut, installed on the frame, then installed back on the house. He did a great job! The price was reasonable & the work professional. I appreciate the great work performed by Custom Glass Specialties in National City.

Not honest with their prices was quoted a price and was charged more after measuring even tho the measurements were smaller
