Good prices, limited selection in store but you can special order. Helpful associates. Only thing I didnt like was to their return policy on doors, all sales are final, no returns or exchanges. So make sure you get the right measurements.

Well to start with I cant say enough how great the customer service was. we were helped by Adriana and she was very professional,helpful and explained everything about each window we were interested in. the quality of the windows is great we are now waiting for them to be fabricated she stated it could be 4-6 weeks. we cant wait to get them installed and enjoy the quality. these days quality customer service is hard to find and this company seems to value it.

I was treated by the sales woman named ELSA, in an unprofessional, rude, condescending manner . I went to purchase some doors and I was appalled by this womans behavior. I complained to the manager named Kendall and she was nice but at the same time she said that this was the first time she ever got a complain about ELSA, that I completely doubt because a person is not nice and appropriate and suddenly become a jerk just for once. This is her pattern, and she will do the same with other people, so please complain formally so she will have no bases to act in a totally inapropriate manner, taking her frustrations in others

I custom ordered a patio sliding door, the measurements was for a retrofit, my mistake. Window depot is not friendly to DIY customers and could have ensured that I was a novice and needed measurement for a ripout and install. I managed to make it work, Ill never purchase from them again

Windows were great, customer service was horrible and they are selling window caulking that has been expired up to 4 years and they have no plans if removing it from the shelf. So please check the dates before you buy any.

Large warehouse with a decent selection of windows, doors, countertops, and other home remodeling stuff that you wouldnt find at your local hardware store. You can also browse catalogs and special order a huge variety of windows that are not present in the warehouse. Staff is friendly and helpful!

Great place if you need an upgraded set of windows. I have currently got some new retrofit windows from here. The employee that i worked with Martin was great sales men that was willing to get me the best product for my house because of him Im sending all my friends an family there instead of the rip off home depot.

My story is long but the best part is at the end of my journey. To say Im a picky shopper would be an understatement. For years, Ive have been looking for French doors to replace two of my house windows. My search began after I had replaced all my windows with double plane windows with internal grids from Milgard. I first came across French doors that met my desires with the added bonus of internal screens from Lowes Escondido. the cost at the time was around $650.00 each. Door I needed two. I waited for a year or two but the cost had climb to $800 plus or $1,600 for both. Still didnt get them. My last search was about a year ago, of course price had gone up at Lowes . This year I looked at my wife then asked, What are we waiting for? Lowes no longer carried these doors so back to Window Depot.Adriana was able to locate a manufacturer that still produced the French Doors with internal grids and binds. Cost is now $3,200 as they were special orders due to my request for outswing doors. I had some concerns with confirming they were indeed out swing doors. A technician explained how they were install and what made them outswing doors. Still somethings werent adding up. The hinge and still plate color werent what I had verbally requested. Adriana took them back, Another week gone by but no changes to the hinges. Another week and one of the doors arrived damaged. I agreed to accept the good door, Unfortunate it was damaged upon loading it. Adriana not only took it back but offer to deliver then next time. Antonio delivered them this week. They didnt seem like the doors I had requested until I realized someone had learned from previous experiences. this time the doors arrive disassembled which made it easier to carry inside the house.Yes, this is bordering on long winded but the moral of this story is the service received after the sale until it was right. I cant express my sincere appreciation of the services provided by Adriana and Antonio sufficient. Im coming back again and again.Sincerely,Felix M

This place has horrible customer service. We tried to pay over the phone and they would not even assist us. They acted like they were to busy! So we drive all the way their and they try everything in their power to not capture a sale. 2 hours later we finally could make a purchase. The only reason I did business with them is because they had the windows in stock! They definitely need to update their payment processing to get with the times. Customer service needs attention. 5 people standing around and they could not look up product on internet. It is a shame! Santiago has absolutely no customer service skills!

Great source for cheap building materials - if youre a DIYer or want to save money by buying materials yourself and then hiring an installer this is the place for windows, doors, quartz and granite counters, sinks, and kitchen cabinets. Ana and Leyva are great at helping you design your custom kitchen - just bring in measurements and theyll help draw it out. Fixtures like faucets and doorknobs are kind of expensive, go to Home Depot for those.

We went to the Window Depot on black friday and ordered windows for our house. I received a call from Martin saying that he would be over shortly to deliver our windows. He was here within 15 minutes of his call. I was impressed thier professoinal service and great prices.

This place is THE WORST. Terrible customer service. Extremely hard to order/pay for orders. Im surprised they even have a website. Their business processes are ancient. The quote number is different than the order number. You have to pay cash or money order. I dont know how they are surviving in the digital age.
