Laptop crashed--would not load beyond Lenovo intro screen-- and brought into the shop and met Bill, the owner, who explained what might have caused the issue and his confidence that it could not only be repaired but upgraded from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 at the same time with my documents, pictures, etc., intact for a good price------much less than buying another at Walmart. About 2 hours later Bill called, job complete. Brought it home and Im entirely satisfied and do certainly recommend the business to anyone in need of service to their equipment

These guys were great! I brought my laptop to them with the hope that they could save a presentation I had saved for a class I’m taking and fix my laptop as well. It turned out that the hard drive on my laptop was done for but they helped me with the purchase of another one and also transferred my files from my old laptop to the new one I got from them. I am very pleased with the service I received from them. They kept me updated as to what was going on with the diagnostics process and once it was discovered that it just wasn’t in my best interest to replace the hard drive, they answered all my questions and addressed my concerns with buying another one. If and when the time comes that I need computer work done again, they will be the only ones I call! Thank you guys for everything!!

Great service and great selection of both laptops and desktops. Always very low and fair prices. Bill the owner is a computer Wiz. They just got in a nice group of 20 inch iMacs and have them at 80% off of the new price. Thay also do next day service of viruses and spyware removal. Dont over pay for services at bestbuy or staples. Get it done right the 1st time and save both time and money.
