Can’t even begin to tell you how helpful Kristina was!!! I had ordered a purple mattress thru purple and was told there was free setup and old mattress taken away. Well that didn’t happen. So I came down to here and yes they do have a fee for delivery but it is well worth it for the experience. Don’t waste your time on ordering through the purple website just come down here and get it. I will most definitely recommend to buy mattress there they have all kinds of deals from small mattress to big mattress and a variety to choose from as well. The service was good the guy that attended us was on top of his game on every questioned asked good place to go to for a mattress or even a pillow and bed frame.

It was super easy because we did 6 months of research to decide which mattress we wanted. Our salesperson was courteous and super informative.

After deciding on a mattress we were told it would be 12 days until it could be delivered. Against our better judgement we decided to buy it. Then two days before delivery we were told it would be an additional 12 days due to it being backordered. Or we could come back in and pick a different mattress. There is no way I would ever waste my time in Mattress Firm again just to be lied to so they can record a sale. I will be getting my money back and taking my business elsewhere.

I have guests coming in town, short notice, and Ive called everywhere to see if I could get next day delivery or 2 day delivery at the latest. Great store! Great staff! Very friendly and informative. Salesperson did not suffocate us while we were shopping for our bed. Upon entering the store, I was asked a few questions about what we were looking for. Once this information was provided, we were pointed to the sections where we could find the beds we wanted. We were able to test out the beds and discuss our opinions without a salesperson shadowing us and pressuring us into a sale. I highly recommend this place!

The salesperson, a nice young lady, showed me several mattresses that were very close to what I was asking for. I told her I would try to get my husband to come in and try them out, since the store stays open n until 8, because he has to put in a lot of hours at work. We returned yesterday evening. We tested the beds again and decided on one. It was on sale, yaay! The same young lady was patient, friendly and professional all the way through. She made us aware we could get the box springs and frame, or twe could get the movable platform for free. We took the latter. We closed the deal and left with a delivery and set up dateIt was all pleasant and efficient. Thank you.
