The guy was very nice and respectful. He had to reset my phone cause it had firmware on it and wouldnt shut down. Had to do without my phone for a day. But other than that my visit was great.

If I could rate location with minus stars I would. Love waits, people that dont know how to make devices work, always have to make return trips when I buy something new because they can never get it working right the first time. I travel for work and go in stores in other areas. Never as bad as this ridiculous dumpster fire of a hot mess.

Love TMobile in Nederland. I drive 4 hours to get service here. In Baton Rouge, customer service is POOR at all TMobile stores. 😰

Recently went into this location and I am so pleased with customer service I received! Tasha was so welcoming and helpful. I have an exchange student here and she needed to make a change to her service plan. Tasha helped me and as I also had a one year old that was running around the store being very sweet but also being a one year old. Tasha never seemed aggregated or annoyed just told me how sweet he was. I also have to give 5 stars to the time it took us to get in and out! It was not even 30 mins we had got helped and was on our way! I can not explain how please I was with the service! Thank you Tasha and T-Mobile for the awesome service you provided me and my family!!

These people are liars ! They tell you theyre going to give you a deal in the store but then when your bill comes its way more than what they said ! They leave out important details like telling me i have to pay for my old phone still after upgrading to a new one. All they care about is making a sale! Never going back to this place again!

We were called last week to come in on Black Friday due to a promotion that they supposedly had for a free iPad mini. Called personally from this store. Gave them phone number and proved it was from this store and still didnt go with promotion. Liers. A waste of time and gas. And they want people to stay loyal customers. How about no!!!!! I will be switching due to the same old bullshit as usual with tmobile.
