You guys were the biggest hack job I’ve ever seen in my life! You should be ashamed to call yourself a collision center.. putting peoples broken car parts back on to there car isn’t service.

Really excellent body shop. My car apparently attracts old ladies to hitting it because Ive been here twice with my vehicle for the same reason. Both times Ive had work done here its been completed in a timely manner, carefully done, and the staff has been wonderful to work with. They worked through my insurance company on my behalf and I barely had to do anything!Icing on the cake: they vacuum the interior of the vehicle before giving it back. It is always cleaner upon return than when I drop it off!

My GTI had a dent in the driver side door - Joe and his team were very easy to do business with and the work came out top notch. Id do business with them again.

Triple-check your expectations very clearly before you leave your vehicle here and DO NOT sign the paperwork acknowledging that you are responsible for any additional charges that your insurance does not cover. You might as well leave an open check with your signature on it.

Joseph Tagariello bought Suburban Auto Body a few years ago. He and his son Joe have managed to take an outstanding neighborhood auto body shop with a great reputation and throw it away by their unprofessional and unethical practices. In a trade where the customer really needs to trust the shop to do as they say, only to learn youve paid a premium price for refurbished body parts is disheartening. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Quality work but pricey

Repair cost was double the estimate and was not done to our satisfaction . They are not craftsman and care little about quality. They were rude to our employee who was only trying to get information .As a result this Municipality will no longer use them.
